Jackie believes that yoga can awaken us to the vast capacity of our hearts, minds, and spirits so that we can live wholehearted and fulfilling lives. Through her flowing sequences and heart centered intention she creates an environment for each student to embody clarity, strength, and balance. Jackie’s intention is to help students discover their own personal alignment (both mental and physical) so they can experience the power, freedom, and presence that yoga offers. Since Jackie began teaching yoga 17 years ago she has completed numerous trainings including power, yin, and hatha yoga.
