Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing strength, awareness, character, and consciousness. Practitioners call Kundalini Yoga the yoga of awareness because it focuses on the expansion of sensory awareness and intuition in order to raise individual consciousness and merge it with the Infinite consciousness of the devine. As a form of yoga and meditation, Kundalini's purpose is to cultivate the creative spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve and heal others.

A beautiful chanting meditation - the Antar Nad Kriya from the kundalini yoga tradition. Find yourself a quiet space and sit on a cushion so they you’re comfy. We’ll use hand gestures to connect to our heart centre and sing a mantra repetitively for about 20 x minutes to connect us to our divine essence and the power of the full moon. It’s one of my favourites and can really be enjoyed at any time. I would highly recommend.
