"Practice and all is coming," is a famous yoga saying that implies if you simply practice consistently, everything else in life will flow a little easier, and you'll be more magnetic for the experiences you want. However, consistently showing up and practicing yoga is often harder than doing any of the actual poses in a class, and the barrier between knowing the benefits of yoga, and actually experiencing them. Fortunately, the structure, accountability, and clear path of curated classes in this challenge make it easy to stay the course, enjoy your practice each day, and enhance the benefits of yoga in your life in the process.

This challenge is all about both supporting and challenging you to be the brightest, most vibrant version of your self. These 3-weeks are a catalyst to reclaim your routine, get your life on track, and live as your shiny and absolute best self.
Every day, for 21 days, you will have two class delivered to your inbox to choose from. There will generally be a mix of shorter and longer practices, gentler and more intense ones, a beginner accessible option or a more advanced one. You have the freedom to choose the class that suits your mood, energy levels, and preference on each day. This challenge primarily consists of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power yoga styles, but also includes a variety of other styles throughout, like Pranyama, Ashtanga, Barre, and Yin.
Accountability can also be crucial in helping us thrive or successfully completing a challenge. It's easier to slip into negative habits, or not show up to the things you've committed to when there's no one cheering you on. Fortunately, this 21-day challenge is a group effort, with participants from all over the world sharing their experiences, triumphs and tribulations each day throughout the challenge. The global community of yogis make the challenge experience an encouraging virtual environment.
The challenge is accessible for all levels of yogis, from beginners, to experienced practitioners wanting to get back on track. Once you've committed to the challenge, all you have to do is hit the play button each day and you'll be on your way to feeling clear, fit, and in control of your life.
