Each day, you'll choose from two class options: one beginner-friendly and one intermediate-level, so you can tailor the experience to your body and your needs. This is your chance to build a consistent routine, reconnect with what matters, and move through each day with more presence and purpose.

Committing to daily yoga—even for just two weeks—can bring noticeable shifts in your body and mind. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and develop a sense of calm and clarity that carries into your daily life.
