Welcome to Day 6 of the Power & Perseverance 2-Week Yoga Challenge! Saturday, June 6th. Welcome to your first weekend! Part of being powerful and embodying perseverance is having a healthy body and also being accepting and loving toward your body. It’s harder to feel your best mentally when you feel like your body is a burden. Remember, no one has a perfect body, and regular yoga and exercise improves the strength of your body and also improves your relationship with your body so you can be confident in your skin. If you’ve got the time today, Caitlin’s class will open your heart. If you want something different, Claire’s class is fun, challenging, and will strengthen your core. If you want to get your practice in quick today, Keith’s class will deliver, in 20 minutes.

Whether you’ve been having an easy time, or a hard time, unexpected change is often a catalyst for us to remember we can be adaptable, flexible, and thrive even in the most unusual circumstances. There is power in perseverance and often silver linings in challenging times. Today, you’ve got the choice of three very different classes depending on what you’re in the mood for. Sometimes you just need to sweat and blow off steam. If that’s you today, you’ll love Becca’s class. If you want a powerful yoga practice, Robert will have you moving. If you want something soothing to your lower back, Erin’s relaxed class is healing and calming.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Power & Perseverance 2-Week Yoga Challenge! Tuesday, June 2nd. You're at the second day. Part of being powerful taking the time to do things that make you feel powerful. Reflect for a moment. What are the activities or practices that make you feel like your most confident and powerful self? It could be yoga, cooking, going for walks, or crafting. This is unique to all of us, but be sure to make it a priority to do those things.

We hope this finds you all healthy, safe, and well, and are thrilled you’ve made the choice to commit to daily yoga, every day for two consecutive weeks, with others from all over the world. The theme of this challenge is power and perseverance. Power symbolizes both physical and inner strength. Perseverance is about never giving up, having tenacity to follow through, bring your goals to life, and always give your best, even in the moments things feel hard.

WHAT: 14 consecutive days of yoga classes, with 2-3 class options available each day

WHO: Open to all levels - beginner through advanced

COST: FREE for YogaDownload Members - if you're not a member join this challenge for $5.

HOW: To participate, make sure you have an active membership or have clicked the link to join for $5, then sign up on the challenge mailing list below to recieve your daily emails once the challenge begins, or simply return to this page each day to view the class options + interact with other challenge members from across the globe.

PRIZES: One grand prize package and one runner up prize package will be given at the end of the challenge - enter by commenting and posting about your experience with the class each day. One entry per person, per day, for each time you comment.

Fortunately, you have the ability to turn it around and these two weeks of yoga will have you more toned and fit.

If you've been having a hard time navigating the circumstances of the current global pandemic and have been in a state of worry, or struggling with social isolation, daily yoga will help create more peace of mind, even in tougher times.

Every day, your class choices will be delivered to your inbox, making it easier than ever to stay on track, make yoga a daily habit, and feel more energized. You'll also be in this challenge with other yogis, from all over the globe. This challenge is suitable to all levels, including yoga beginners, and will also feature intermediate and advanced practices throughout, to keep you challenged and allow you to tap into your power.
