Most people never practice yoga 14 days in a row. You've not only grown physically from practicing, but have strengthened your will-power, consistency, and power of your commitment. You've also shown yourself, no matter how busy you might be or feel, you can create space for yoga in your life and enjoy the countless benefits this practice can bring to your well-being. Hopefully, life feels more balanced, less overwhelming, and a bit easier, from your work the past two weeks. Today, we will all finish together with a class from Mark, that brings good luck.
