Welcome to Day 21 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Sunday, October 24th. Congratulations yogis! Take a moment to reflect on the past three weeks and the moments you've had on your mat. It's not easy to show up to anything 21 days in a row. Allow yourself to feel a sense of accomplishment at making it this far. We hope you're feeling fantastic from these past three weeks, and have found new classes and teachers you connect with and can come back to. If you'd like to share how this challenge has been for you, we'd love to hear your reflections in the comments. Take a moment to set an intention of how you'd like to take some of these benefits with you forwards, into your day-to-day life. Reading your stories and shares, and seeing you all support one another from all over the world has been fantastic. While we're not always practicing together in person, this has grown into a truly special global online yoga community.

Welcome to Day 20 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Saturday, October 23rd. Welcome to your third weekend of the challenge yogis. How is everyone feeling? Remember, just because the challenge ends, does not mean your yoga practice needs to drop off. Keep the momentum going, even after tomorrow. Hopefully, the benefits you're experiencing extend off of your yoga mat. Ideally, yoga helps you find a sense of balance. If you want to focus on balance on and off the mat, Kylie's class is for you. If you want to open your heart and skip chaturangas today, Christen's class is lovely. If you're enjoying the detox and twist classes, Rob's is a fun and thorough practice.

Remember, you're not there yet, so don't get caught up looking ahead too much, and instead do your best to be present with today's practice. If you enjoyed the lecture from Shy yesterday, you have a chance to get deeper into Ayurveda with him today. If you need a powerful practice, Jackie's class will uplift you. If you want an inspirational message on unity, Kristin's class has a beautiful and needed message. You're doing fantastic!

Welcome to Day 18 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Thursday, October 21st. Today's classes are all about optimal health. When do you feel your healthiest and most vibrant? We hope yoga helps get you to this place! Shy's class is a lecture on the ancient Indian health philosophy Ayurveda. Tomorrow you'll have part two of this lecture where you'll be able to understand your own unique Ayurvedic composition. Dana's class is focused on healthy posture, which. is particularly important to practice in the age of computers and smartphones which can lead to less than ideal posture. The third class is about igniting your inner fire which helps with digestion and detoxification. Have another wonderful practice and keep up the amazing work!

Welcome to Day 17 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Wednesday, October 20th. You've got five days remaining! Yesterday we reflected upon detoxing. Today, we invite you to reflect upon de-stressing, and if you've noticed any improvements in your stress levels from the 16 prior days of yoga. Are you finding new ways to relax? It can be as simple as knowing that doing yoga every day helps you relax, and committing to practice more regularly after the challenge. Life is too short to let stress dominate your day-to-day and there are always things you can do to help you cope, and live your best life.

Welcome to Day 16 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Friday, October 19th. How is everyone feeling today? You're getting closer. Detoxing is not just about your body. Yoga provides you with an opportunity to detox your mind and notice your thoughts more closely. Are the nature of your thoughts relatively positive, or regularly negative? How do you think about yourself? Are you kind to yourself, or self-critical too often? Use the remaining days to detox your mind, notice and let go of negative thoughts, and intentionally add more positive thoughts to your head. Your thoughts create your reality.

Welcome to Day 15 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Monday, October 18th. Welcome to your third and final week! You're getting there, and we hope you're feeling fantastic. Not only are you giving yourself the benefits of yoga, but you're also creating consistency and making it easier for you to show up on your mat regularly. Good habits lead to success. When you do something over and over again, it becomes almost second nature and easier to do regularly. We hope not only do you continue to practice every day this week but also that yoga stays a regular part of your life afterward.
