Welcome to Day 14 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Sunday September 30th. Congratulations challengers!! Upon completing today's class, you've accomplished something worth truly feeling proud of. 14 days of a consistent yoga practice is no easy task. Feel proud of yourself. Physically, how are you feeling compared to two weeks ago? What about mentally and emotionally? Your other challengers across the world, would love to hear your reflections from the past two weeks. You've not only strengthened your body and mind, but also your willpower, in setting a goal, and seeing it through to completing. If you felt excited to practice every day, amazing! If you had off days, where getting onto your mat felt like a struggle, feel extra proud of yourself for staying determined. If you set intentions at the beginning of the challenge take a moment today to look back at the goals you set. Also, feel free to treat yourself to something nice for a job well done. Today's choices are between a feel good gentler practice from Jackie, and a more advanced and longer practice from Rob. Both choices are a little longer, but perfect for a Sunday. Enjoy!

Welcome to Day 13 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Saturday September 29th. Welcome to your second weekend challengers! You're so close. While it can be easy to look ahead to finishing the challenge, stay present for each and every breath of your practice today. Yoga is a powerful teacher of presence and being in the moment right now. See if you're able to cultivate more of this presence as you practice today. If your body is feeling in need of something more restorative, yin yoga is uniquely beneficial and complementary to the more intense styles you've been practicing. Because it's the weekend, you also have the option of a deeply detoxifying class with Pradeep. It's a powerful and challenging practice whether you had a restful night, or need to reset from a big night out. Enjoy your practice and continue to share your experiences!

Welcome to Day 12 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Friday September 28th. Happy Friday! Have fun in completing the last three days of this challenge, you are nearly there! You are certainly stronger than you were 11 days ago. Today there is the option to practice an avanced intermediate class with Kristin. If you normally shy away from the more advanced classes, now could be the perfect time to try. You might even surprise yourself. If the challenge is creating noticable breakthroughts emotionally and spiritually, Christen's class will connect with the soulful nature of yoga. Pick whatever excites you, and have a beautiful practice today!

Whether you meditated or flowed yesterday, we hope you're feeling clear, calm, and confident. If you have trouble sleeping or just need to relax, Kylie's class will have you nice and calm. While ideal for the evening, it is a benefical class at any time throughout the day! Pradeep's class is a perfectly balanced flow that hits on all cylinders and is more challenging. Expect to stretch, work your core, and feel good.

Welcome to Day 10 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Wednesday September 26th. You're nearing the finish line challengers. How is everyone doing? Continue to share and support each other in the comments, it's been remarkable to see the comraderie from yogis all over the planet. While you're practicing individually, there is power in the motivation and support of the group. Today you have the opportunity to practice a nice, thorough, and accessible yoga flow or to meditate. If the thought of meditation scares you, it could be exactly what you need. Challenges are an opportunity to branch out a little. A consistent yoga practice is complemented beautifully with meditation. Mark's class is a powerful way to begin your day. Note however, if you're craving a physical practice, that this class can be practiced at any time of day (not just the morning). If you're feeling up for it, do both! We recommend the meditation after the yoga class. Enjoy!

Welcome to Day 9 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Tuesday September 25th. Today's classes are both focused on strength. One is more about physical strength, and the other is more about mentaland emotional. Both are essential. Yoga can teach us that both physical and mental well-being are connected and complementary. By strengthening your body, you also strengthen your mind. A strong and healthy mind is also ripe for a healthy body. Today's classes are a little longer than on previous days. It's part of the challenge. If you've gotten comfortable always choosing the shorter class, today is a good day to lengthen your practice. It will only make you stronger! Enjoy the challenge!

Welcome to Day 8 of the Yoga for All / Free 2-Week Challenge! Monday September 24th. You're over the halfway mark today challengers! While we have not reached the finish line yet, this is still something to be proud of. When was the last time you did yoga 7 days in a row? Hopefully, you're noticing some change in your body. The challenge will continue to give you two choices each day. Continue to listen to your body as we move into the second week and mix it up as needed. What's important is you continue to show up. It's said mastery, is doing things we've committed to, even in the moments and on the days we don't feel like it. Stick with it, you are doing amazing!
