Fitness 'n' Yoga + Weights: Full Body Tune-Up is a time progressive sequence that is a blend of cardio, core, plyometrics, and resistance training. As you make your way through this class, you will have a set of exercises that you will go through three times. Each time you make your way through a cycle, you will increase the amount of time that you do each exercise by 10 seconds. The first cycle is 20 seconds, the second cycle is 30 seconds, and the third cycle is 40 seconds in length. If you are looking for a workout that will get you fit, then Full Body Tune-Up is for you.

Weights can be used to tone and sculpt.

*Start with heavy weights and progress to lighter weights as the duration of exercises increase.
