Restorative Yoga for Stressful Times

Get your props ready because this class is all about relaxation and support for a tired, overworked and stressed-out body and mind. We start with some simple warm-up stretches to prepare the body for rest, then get propped up in a series of restorative yoga poses (I like to call it propped up nap time!). Each pose will be held for 2-5 minutes so the body has time to settle in and let go. We will finish up with a yummy supported savasana guaranteed to leave your body in a deep state of blissful rest. Turn off all the distractions and turn on some soothing music to relax with. I've included one of my all time favorites for you to try out.
