Subscription Memberships
As outlined on the "Join Now" page all Subscription Memberships will be renewed automatically until canceled by you. You agree to pay all subscription fees and renewals while the subscription account is still active and until you cancel the account and receive confirmation of such cancellation.
CANCELLATION
Your YogaDownload Subscription can be canceled at any time. You’ll still have access to the Subscription until the end of the period you have paid for. Please note that you must cancel your Subscription before it renews for a subsequent term in order to avoid being charged for the next term's Subscription Fee.
NO REFUNDS
If you elect to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscritpion term. We DO NOT provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for Subscriptions that are cancelled before the end of the term.
Accounts, Passwords, and Security
Certain features or services offered on or through the Services may require you to open an account (including setting up a Services ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify YogaDownload immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by YogaDownload or any other user of or visitor to the Services due to someone else using your YogaDownload ID, password or account.
You may not use anyone else’s Services ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that Services ID, password or account. YogaDownload cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
You acknowledge and agree that YogaDownload may preserve any transmittal or communication by you through the Services or any service offered on or through the Services, and may also disclose such data if required to do so by law or YogaDownload determines that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with legal process, (2) enforce these Terms of Use, (3) respond to claims that any such data violates the rights of others, or (4) protect the rights, property or personal safety of YogaDownload, its employees, users of or visitors to the Services, and the public.
