|Day 2: IndieFlow Lunchtime Yoga: Hips
||This class is designed for anytime you need a yoga pick-me-up, whether it’s your lunch hour or before your day starts, or anytime you have a few minutes to roll out your mat.
|Day 3: Stand Up & Stretch
||This short, simple class allows you a quick opportunity to stand up and stretch your body and can be done in your office, cubicle, school, dorm room, at the airport, or ANYWHERE at all!
|Day 4: Qi Lunchtime Yoga Flow
||This flow yoga class is designed to provide you with extra energy to get you through that afternoon drag and keep you motivated throughout your day.
|Day 5: Brain Break
||This class is perfect for the 4 pm energy slump, airport layover, hotel room, maybe even the office if you have somewhat stretchy pants and can kick off your shoes (no sitting or lying down).
|Day 6: Office Yoga Flow
||This class will begin on the floor with some gentle seated stretching to open your heart, wrists and side bodies, and then guide you through warming Sun Salutations and twisting postures to detox your stress away.
|Day 7: Busy Day Yoga Flow
||This class begins by leading you through warming Sun Salutation A & B with variations, and then guides you into deeper postures such as Humble Warrior and Crow Pose and finishes with a standing balancing posture to invigorate you.
|Day 8: Midday Reset
||This gentle flow will loosen up your whole body and give you a chance to feel more and think less, so hit pause on the obligations of your day and step onto your mat for this short midday reset.
|Day 9: IndieFlow Lunchtime Yoga: Back
||This class presents a unique transition from Shalabasana into Bhujangasana, to emphasize the strength of the muscles supporting the spine, hamstrings and adductors to extend the legs to the back in order to create a deeper and safer backbend.
|Day 10: Freedom Flow
||Free your mind and body with this challenging, warming, and flowing vinyasa class focusing on twisting, balancing, and lengthening - you will flow through creative Sun Salutation sequences that will prepare you for a peak balancing series of Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana, Reverse Dancers, and Parsva Bakasana.
