Welcome to Day 17 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Wednesday, October 20th. You've got five days remaining! Yesterday we reflected upon detoxing. Today, we invite you to reflect upon de-stressing, and if you've noticed any improvements in your stress levels from the 16 prior days of yoga. Are you finding new ways to relax? It can be as simple as knowing that doing yoga every day helps you relax, and committing to practice more regularly after the challenge. Life is too short to let stress dominate your day-to-day and there are always things you can do to help you cope, and live your best life.

Welcome to Day 16 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Friday, October 19th. How is everyone feeling today? You're getting closer. Detoxing is not just about your body. Yoga provides you with an opportunity to detox your mind and notice your thoughts more closely. Are the nature of your thoughts relatively positive, or regularly negative? How do you think about yourself? Are you kind to yourself, or self-critical too often? Use the remaining days to detox your mind, notice and let go of negative thoughts, and intentionally add more positive thoughts to your head. Your thoughts create your reality.

Welcome to Day 15 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Monday, October 18th. Welcome to your third and final week! You're getting there, and we hope you're feeling fantastic. Not only are you giving yourself the benefits of yoga, but you're also creating consistency and making it easier for you to show up on your mat regularly. Good habits lead to success. When you do something over and over again, it becomes almost second nature and easier to do regularly. We hope not only do you continue to practice every day this week but also that yoga stays a regular part of your life afterward.

Welcome to Day 14 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Sunday, October 17th. You're at the end of your second week! 14 consecutive days of yoga is not easy and something to be proud of. Have you continued to notice changes and breakthroughs in your practice? How is your body feeling? Remember, yoga is about presence, so don't get caught up looking too far ahead and continue to take it one class and one day at a time. Don't be afraid of the longer classes sometimes either if you only choose the shorter ones!

We hope you're enjoying the challenge so far, discovering new favorite classes, styles, and teachers. If you enjoyed inversions earlier in the challenge, Jack's class gives you another opportunity. How does stress show up in your life, and how do you counteract its impact on you? Stress in modern life is increasingly normal, but being stuck in a stress state is detrimental to both physical and mental health. This is why it's vital that we have activities and practices that help us blow off steam and let go of stress, like yoga. Today, Robert's class is all about stretching to destress. Jeanie's class infuses yoga mythology into the practice. Alex's class is about freeing yourself. You're doing great, keep at it!

Welcome to Day 11 of the 3-Week Detox & Destress Challenge Thursday, October 14th. Welcome back to your mat yogis. Every time you step onto your mat it's a new experience, no matter how many classes you've taken. Your body has different needs on different days. The benefit of three class choices per day, is you can give yourself what you need. You might opt for the intense classes most days, but know when it's time to give your body a gentle and nourishing class, and vice versa. Today you've got three distinct options. Becca's class is an ab workout that you'll feel. If you want to focus on your mental health and flow, Cicily's class focuses on both your body and mind. Patrick's class is amazing if your neck is tight from too much time on the computer or phone. Have another wonderful class!
