Welcome to Day 23 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Thursday, January 24th. Start to think about a reward for yourself, upon the successful completion of this challenge. Be sure to treat yourself, for your efforts, for keeping your word in finishing something you set out to complete. How are you feeling as we head into the last week? Is the challenge feeling easier? Welcome to Day 22 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Wednesday, January 23rd. You've made it to the fourth week! Today you have another chance to mix it up with Erin. If you've never tried Barre before, it's an excellent and intense strengthening workout for your lower body. Ellen will work your hips and teach you a few alignment pointers along the way in her quick yoga class. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 21 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Tuesday, January 22nd. You're doing an incredible job staying on track challengers! Showing the resolve to go the full 30 days, whether or not you've slipped up along the way, or felt unmotivated on certain days, is really impressive. Stay with it! You are setting the tone for a beautiful 2019 ahead. Today's class from Celest, is exactly as it sounds; tough! Today also concludes the series of chakras classes from Elise. The seventh chakra is the seat of your soul. It's the place connected to the part of your being, that goes beyond just your physical body. Have a beautiful practice today! Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 20 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Monday, January 21st. How is your body feeling challengers? Some days the challenge is more mental and related to your attitude and motivation, while other times it's physical. Listen to what your body wants each day. There is usually always a more rigorous and endurance based class, and a slightly gentler, and more beginner friendly class. Feel free to switch it up, if you're the type of person that always chooses the harder option, and feels guilty, taking the easy road sometimes. Same if you always pick the easier class, and feel afraid to really challenge yourself once in awhile. Today Mark's class is more intense and the more challenging option. Elise's class still gives you a nice opening and release, and stimulates your sixth chakra, your center of intellect, intuition, and clairvoyance. It is also the more gentle of today's two classes. Welcome to Day 19 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Sunday, January 20th. Today you have the opportunity to mix it up a little bit if you wish. Jack's Animal Movement class uses some non-traditional movement methods to work your entire body, and keep a playful attitude in the process. The fifth chakra, is your center of communication. How well do you do expressing yourself? Qualities like being timid and shy, or the inability to stop talking, are indicative of someone who's fifth chakra that is out of balance, and can use some healing. Enjoy your practice today! Welcome to Day 18 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Saturday, January 19th. Today you have the choice to work on twists and spinal mobility with Caitlin. Twists are excellent for your organs, and spinal health. The fourth chakra, which is the focus of Elise's class today, is related to your heart. It is your center for all things related to love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection. Continue to feel strong in your resolve to stay consistent with the challenge! Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 17 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Friday, January 18th. Another day, and another yoga practice. You're doing amazing. When was the last time, if ever, you've practiced yoga, 17 days in a row? Today's intermediate choice, is from Jackie and will have you moving. Elise's class on the third chakra, is a bit longer and focuses on Manipura Chakra, the place of fire inside of you. Continue to keep each other inspired in the comments! Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 16 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Thursday, January 17th. You've officially into the second half of this challenge. Make it about how well you finish, regardless of how easy or challenging the first half of this endeavor has been for you. Today you have the chance to balance out your emotional center, with Elise's second chakra class. If you want something more fiery, Mark's Surya Devotion flow will have you sweating! Welcome to Day 15 of the New Year Yoga Reboot Challenge! Wednesday, January 16th. You've made it to the start of week 3, and are at the halfway point challengers. Congratulations on making it this far! This is a good checkpoint to reconnect with some of your goals, intentions, and reasons for beginning this challenge. Continue to enjoy your practices each day. Try your best to be present with each breath, and see it less of a chore. During week 3 of this challenge we offer you an opportunity to dive deeper into the chakras with Elise. Each day in week 3, there will be a class choice focused on a specific chakra. Chakras are energy centers in the body, related to specific physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual properties. If you're brand new to the chakras, this is a wonderful way to learn a little bit each day, in sequential order. If you're experienced with the chakras, and love this focus in your yoga practice, enjoy! You don't have to do a chakra class every day, or any day, and can choose which you'd like to enjoy. Most classes in the series are beginner friendly and usually on the gentler side. There will always be another class choice, and next week, it'll be back to normal, between your class choices! Today, you have the chance to learn about the first chakra, which helps you balance in the physical world. If you want something more challenging, Celest's flow class is intermediate and will have you working. Enjoy! Here are today's class choices:
