I ve only been with YD for a month and Jackie is my FAVORITE instructor!! Her voice is so calming and she s very good with her instruction. I m brand new to Yoga so Jackie ticks all of the boxes as far as being able to understand her and follow her direction. Thank you Jackie!!

I have practiced yoga at local studio for 2 years. I did this beginner series just to see where I fit in the scheme of things. I thought I was quite proficient. I can t believe how much I learned from Jackie in this series. If your new to yoga, do this series a few times. Trust me, she gives a great foundation.
