Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means ‘to move with the breath.’ Some of the most popular yoga styles, including Ashtanga and Power Yoga, are taught in a vinyasa style – meaning the series of poses flows purposefully with the breath. The online classes in Yoga Download’s Vinyasa Flow category blend ancient wisdom across many yogic traditions to form new expressions. These classes offer more variety in their sequencing than a traditional Ashtanga class, are slower paced than a Power Yoga class, and more vigorous than an Iyengar class.
