Fluid Flow

Fluid Flow is a practice rooted in Vinyasa with an overarching dance feel to it. Beginning with a seated spinal warmup, we will work our way into a longer flow that moves around the mat, mimicking the patterns of nature in this Mandala flow.

Through the union of breath and movement, we bring ourselves into the moment, creating an opportunity to be in flow state.

This practice may be especially nourishing for those with a dance background, or anyone who loves moving fluidly and intuitively.
