Everyday Flow 3 (Audio Only)

This is the third class in the Everyday Flow series, a group of audio-only vinyasa flow classes designed for experienced yoga practitioners who are familiar with posture names, general alignment, and comfortable practicing without visual guidance.

This well-rounded, breath-centered vinyasa flow invites you into an introspective, screen-free practice where you can focus, breathe, feel, and fully embody each posture.

Similar in format to the first two classes, you’ll begin with a warm-up and lunge series that includes balancing postures and side bends, then move through one flowing round of that series to warm your body. From there, this practice expands to include more single-leg balancing postures, hip openers, and fluid transitions, culminating in Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangustasana). As always, you’ll wind down with soothing postures to help you feel balanced and centered.
