Frog Pump Flow

Today we are building strength in a less familiar orientation of the legs. It's so important for us to map as much range of motion in the brain as possible. This requires us to build strength & awareness in all the unfamiliar grey areas. This class is fun & dynamic with lots of options to scale up or down depending on your energy for the day. No props needed but if you typically practice with blocks you might want them for Half Moon Pose.

Sequence Breakdown - Class begins with an outer glute activation with Frog Pumps. This progresses into bridge variations & some abs. Next we warm up the wrists & shoulders. Sun Salutations. Hip Opener poses gradually build in challenge including balances & twists. Next phase of Frog Pump variations. Outer Hip strengthening sequence with added ab drills. Final uplevelled bridge variations. Closing practice with seated butterfly hip opening long hold.
