Big Toe Bind Variations

This practice will open up your hips & hamstrings whilst strengthening your hip flexors & core. We'll be exploring toe binds from many different angles which will improve your balance, strength & range of motion. Variations will be given throughout so you will have options as you build your way up to the more challenging poses. You might want a strap or blocks but they are not specifically cued for in this class.
