Lila brings a playful spirit to her classes, encouraging students to find freedom and enjoyment throughout the practice even amidst the more challenging moments. Her classes focus on core stability & mobility which is the balance between strength & flexibility. By cuing breath in relation to feeling an action in your body, Lila connects people to the healing effects of yoga.
As a dedicated practitioner of yoga for over a decade, Lila draws from a number of methods to inform her teaching style. She has completed 200-hour Hatha, 300-hour Jivamukti & 200-hour Forrest yoga teacher trainings, and is also a qualified Bodyworker.
