This session is the gift your neck & shoulders are craving. We start by getting the blood flowing & enjoy a variety of shoulder mobilising poses. We often feel tension in our neck due to forward head carriage, so it's crucial for us to strengthen the postural muscles of the deep neck flexors & upper back. In a prone position we work on a shoulder strength & mobility sequence that you will notice immediate benefits from.
