Back pain is increasingly a problem for many adults. The problem can sometimes lie in the fact that the spine is compressed and the back muscles are tight and weak. Since yoga postures aim to strengthen the spine as well as lengthen and stretch muscles, it can be ideal for many back pain sufferers. These online classes walk the student through a series of poses designed to target the back muscles. Your back will feel amazing after this class, and with a bit consistency you could see back aches reduced or even eliminated completely! Note: Back pain could be the result of serious problem, consult your physician before beginning this program to see if yoga is appropriate for you.

Many poses are held for several breaths allowing time to explore their inner workings –particularly how to properly rotate the torso.
