Good morning! Are you ready to jump start your day? This quick 20-minute flow with get your heart pumping, clear out the cobwebs in the mind and leave you feeling focused and ready for the day ahead. Class starts standing with centering breath then moves into ½ sun salutations to warm up the body and connect with the breath. Next we will add in some variations on Sun Salutation A as we build that heat and stretch and lengthen the muscles. We’ll wrap things up with a quick seated to reclined cool down with the option to stay for a brief savasana or seated meditation if you have a few extra minutes. Ok, put down that cup of coffee and let’s get started!
