Thank you for this great short class! I am 2 1/2 weeks post mastectomy and am working on restoring my shoulder mobility. This class is a great all around stretch for the shoulders, chest and upper back. I love that there are no weight-bearing poses on the arms (other than one lower-to the floor that I skip). I only had to modify slightly and used my props heavily at first but each time I am progressing further.

My go to stretching video after paddling training, or even when I am feeling tight from working at a desk all day. Nice that it is short, so I can fit it in even when I don t have a lot of time.

This is my go to video when I m experiencing radiating pain into my shoulder. It s been a year since I had a double ACDF surgery (anterior cervical discectomy fusion). This video really helps me stretch and loosen up and I love how short the video is, everyone has 15 minutes!

That was a nice, quick, thorough stretch. Great for the shoulders. I didn t love sitting on my heels so much of the time, though. This might be a stupid question, but is it necessary to sit like that to get the optimal stretch? Thanks!!!

Really like Kylie s style, very clear and upbeat. This is a nice, short stretching class, gentle stretches but some of them go quite deep. Thanks Kylie!
