Kick Start Your Day



Jump into your day fully committed! A quick and to the point workout to start your day!! You will get your body moving with a few Sun Salutations to warm and stretch your body. You will strengthen your upper, middle and lower body with some straight forward functional type movements like air/body squats, push-ups (your personal modification, knees down etc). You will find yourself in a few forearm side planks (and other core variations) to work and tone your core. You will finish with a stretch or two to compliment the work you've done and sit for a moment to contemplate the day ahead, then get up and get after it knowing you've started off exactly as you've chosen to, strong and dedicated to living your best day!
