This is a great wind down or evening class. It also works during the day to relieve tension or stress. Jackie has a beautiful yoga voice. The rhythm of the class is good. It also has good flow in terms of transitioning between postures.

I have had a tough time with Covid for 7 weeks and this was my 1st yoga class since I have been sick. My strength and breath have been compromised due to the virus. I wanted to start my yoga and exercise to get them back. This class was perfect as I was clearly & gently guided through it and I needed to get reaquainted with yoga and get my heath back. Thank you!

Jackie is my #1 on YDL! My very inflexible husband and I love this class at night before bed. It is ever so slightly warming but not enough to make you sweat. We do this and I sleep more soundly and wake up with a significantly less stiff body/back/hips the next morning. Jackie s speaks slowly, in soothing tones, and not too much which I love (it is hard to relax if the instructor is a motor mouth). We ve done this dozens and dozens of times. Thank you, Jackie!

I thoroughly enjoyed the pace of this class. It was a beautiful balance for me. I m not very experienced in yoga and I found the teacher really thorough in her descriptions. It was easy to follow and vastly beneficial. Thank you xx
Great for deep stretch and relaxation
Love this! Need this! I have been getting tense and stiff everyday especially my pelvis , low back, and hip regions. This class is my savior for flexibility and pain relief! I also feel more energized afterward!
This routine really helps me stretch out the tight muscles and I feel so much better afterwards!

LOVED this!!! Perfect length to start getting back into yoga and relaxing yet great after a day of sitting in front of a computer. BUT if you haven t done yoga in a while or stretch often I forward you... take it easy. I thought I was taking it easy but definitely pushed deeper into the poses than I realized. A few hours after doing the class when I went to bed my shoulder/upper side back muscles tightened up so painfully that I kept waking up. Learn from my mistake and don t push yourself too hard! That was my fault though not the class so 5 stars for sure! I ll definitely be doing this class again.

Very calming class to wake up to this morning as I engage in the 30 day yoga challenge. Nice stretch- I really need to stretch because I am also lifting weights and trying to build stronger muscles. Love the elongation of yoga.
Have done this class before, but did today as part of 30 day yoga challenge, a great class. Very relaxing, would be good end of the day but did it in the morning, and my body feels looser and stretched out.

Just what I needed. Not feeling so well, slight fever and achy... not achy at all any more. Bravo! Good for an anytime relaxer and the perfect length to just get in and get the job done.

Loved this class! Fast 20 min decompression, it felt good in my legs, my back, shoulders... You work out in each part of your body. Done it at the end of a long sitting day, feel amazing now! Curious to try it in the morning
Relaxing and lovely stretch before bed! Great poses for a pregnant yogi with one minor pose adjustment.
