This class will prepare you to take flight in Feathered Peacock Pose. First we will awaken the core with breathing, and a series of Dead Bugs and Leg Lifts. From there, we move on to Puppy Pose variations, in order to prepare the shoulders through alignment and activation. Glute kick backs from the hands and knees will awaken our inversion kicking leg.
