Welcome to Day 2 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine!

Tuesday, September 10. 

You're already making yoga a daily habit by showing up again on the second day.

Challenges are not merely about setting big goals, but about showing up and doing the work. You'll likely feel more motivated some days more than others, but remember to keep showing up. These challenges are a chance to show yourself how resilient you are, and powerful you can be in sticking to something you've committed to. 

Kylie's class today is all about action and it's importance in seeing dreams manifest. Dana's class will give your legs some love and attention. Enjoy!

Free Your Hamstrings with Dana Smith

30 min class | Level: Adv. Beginner & Up | Intensity: Everyday Namaste

Find freedom and flexibility in your hamstring muscles. This class is designed to warm and lengthen the hamstring muscles. This class is a challenging, yet accessible mix of moving with your breath, standing postures, and floor poses, that will open and strengthen your hips and legs.

65 min class | Level: Intermediate | Intensity: You'll Feel It

The purpose of this class is to get your body moving and prepared for action. Class begins in child's pose where we think about the importance of action backing up our intention. As with all my classes, we take some time to build the poses from the ground up, but after one time through the flow, we are moving breath to breath. 

This is a balancing flow class that will open your hips and have your legs shaking. You can expect, chair pose, standing splits, standing figure four and my favorite of all the warriors, warrior three. Once our body is warmed up I invite you to move from half moon to chapasana as well as wild thing. 

The most important part of this class however is the message: In order to manifest what you want out of life, you have to take massive action.
