Welcome to Day 13 of our 2-Week Spring Challenge for Clearing and Cleansing!

Saturday, April 20th

Welcome to day thirteen of YogaDownload's 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Clearing and Cleansing! Today, we invite you to experience the joy of movement and the power of a quick, energizing flow.

Join Jessica Oldfield in Yoga Quickie - Full Body, a practice designed to awaken your body and invigorate your senses. This class is perfect for those days when you're short on time but still want to get your body moving and your energy flowing.

Alternatively, flow with Kylie Larson in YDL Live: Move Groove An Energizing Flow, a "live" class experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and energized. This class combines dynamic movements for a fun and energizing flow.

As you move through today's practice, allow yourself to let go of any stress or tension and simply enjoy the freedom of movement. Embrace the opportunity to connect with your body and breath, and let the rhythm of the music guide you.

Whether you choose to flow with the quickie or groove with the energizing flow, know that you're giving yourself the gift of movement and vitality. Enjoy the practice, and may you feel the joy of movement and the power of your own energy today.

A yoga practice doesn't have to be 90 minutes to be effective. Join me for this short, full body practice. Perfect as a warm up before a hike/run/HIIT session or a beautiful practice on its own if you are short on time.

YDL Live: Move Groove An Energizing Flow with Kylie Larson

Level: All Levels | Intensity: You'll Feel It

Take 40 minutes to get up out of your sitting position, stretch, move and breathe. This class will help you release your low back, stretch out hip flexors from sitting all day, and create space in your neck and shoulders. You will finish with more energy and in a better mood than when you started! All levels are welcome!

Hard choice today! Both classes are great but I went with the intensity in Kylie's class today. I needed to make up for the laziness today & I built up a nice amount of heat to leave me feeling great. 13 days done and only 1 more to go! Woohoo!

I wasn’t sure if I could keep up w Kylie’s flow. I’m 5 mionths past hip replacement surgery anhave been doing Hatha yoga after month4. I did keep up. It was energizing and the flow was natural and easy to follow. Great tips re alignment along the way Bottom line. Great class. Thank you!

Jessica sure does start out the Yoga Quickie - Full Body with a burst of energy! As described, this is an effective full body warm up moving through a collection of classic poses. Its surprising how much work can be done in such a short amount of time.
