Welcome to Day 21 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Sunday, September 29. Today is the end of the challenge. Congratulations. Regardless of how your challenge journey looked, making it to today’s practice is something to be proud of. You’ve proven to yourself that you can create a goal, and see it through. Yoga is a profound practice and it’s benefits go beyond just how well you can perform the postures. We’d love to hear how this challenge has had an impact on you, whether it be on or off of your yoga mat. Thank you for encouraging each other, so genuinely throughout the past three weeks. You can always stay connected to your favorite teachers and this online yoga community in the comments of each individual class. Remember, when life gets chaotic or challenging at times, you are only a few breaths and the play button away from this practice, to keep you centred, strong, and steady. Keep up the amazing work, and keep this presence and spaciousness that you feel on your yoga mat, in your everyday life. Today's class choices:

If you’re feeling stronger than you ever have in your yoga practice, and are excited about exploring bigger and more challenging poses, Shannon’s class explores inversions. If you’ve been satisfied with the amount of active and challenging yoga you’ve been practicing and your body wants a deep, juicy, restful Yin practice, Caitlin’s class is a good choice. Welcome to Day 19 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Friday, September 27. Yoga is truly a practice of self-love and self-acceptance, so be mindful of how you show up to your practice today. It can be all too easy to get self-critical in our thinking, or even in how we practice yoga. Notice if you criticise your body, how flexible you are, or feel bad about how any of your postures look. When we do this, we completely miss the point of the practice, which is to feel more self-love and self-acceptance. The hip openers in week three continue today, if you want to go deeper with Dana. If you feel the urge to flow, Christen’s class will deliver. Remember, you’re human, not meant to be perfect, and don’t need to be to create more love and approval towards yourself. Welcome to Day 17 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Wednesday, September 25. Welcome challengers, You can probably sense the finish line. While it can get easy to look ahead, yoga is about presence. Try your best to be with each and every breath in your practice today. Notice the moments where your body opens in the poses, without getting caught up on progress. This practice is really about the journey. The paradox of yoga is that there is never a finish line. There is not a day, no matter how much time you’ve spent on your mat, that you’ve mastered every pose. It’s in the journey, and in actually practicing, that the progress and magic happens. It’s not about where you’re going or trying to get to. It’s about staying at the perfect edge of your comfort zone. Today’s class with Rob, invites you on the journey towards Compass pose, which is sometimes a more challenging posture to get into. Elise’s class opens your heart and your hips, and will have you feeling good. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 16 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Tuesday, September 24. Part of a good challenge, is that it’s actually challenging at times. If you’ve noticed you get comfortable always picking the shorter class option, today you have the choice to take a longer practice with Pradeep. If you feel like you need to wake everything up a little, twists with Keith will rejuvenate you. Today we invited you to look at why it feels satisfying to challenge yourself sometimes. It’s a fine line between being kind and gentle with yourself, and also challenging yourself. If you’re always pushing it 120% percent it’s possible to burnout, always feel like you’re never good enough, and stay caught in an exhausting cycle. If you never challenge yourself, it’s possible to get lazy, stagnant, and not live up to your full potential. The goal is finding a point in between. We’d love to hear from you. Are you always challenging yourself, never challenging yourself, or have you found a nice balance? We’re all different, so there’s no right or wrong answer. Keep up the amazing work, and trust that right now is one of those times, where challenging yourself is exactly what you need. Today's class choices:
