Welcome to day twelve of YogaDownload's 2-Week Yoga Challenge for Clearing and Cleansing! As we near the end of our journey together, we invite you to embrace the invigorating energy of the morning and the power of movement.

I chose Ben’s class, I needed something familiar and this is one I do often. I got my practice in but not in my usual relaxing way… tonight I had my 2 & 4 year old grand daughters on a mat beside me! They love practicing with GiGi 😍😍😍

I did the Power Flow with Pradeep. I was worried it would be too hard, but the flow was only about 10 minutes and then you are down on the mat for ab work and cool down. It was a great class for clearing my head.

I wanted to try Pradeep's class, but also wanted to ease into my day, so I went with Ben + Pradeep! This was a perfect warm up to then a fast paced flow. It was perfect because Ben's class has no savasana but Pradeep's does. I recommend :)

Ben's Morning Flow was a really good no frills session. Nice lower back warmup to start and builds to a brief continuous flow. The standing finish is a nice departure from the norm and seems like an ideal way to transition into moving forward into the day. I like Ben's style and can imagine it being more relatable for a demographic less commonly represented in westernized yoga culture. Keep on going Ben!
