Welcome to Day 14 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Sunday, September 22. Being the end of the second week, we encourage you re-visit any goals you may have set for yourself at the beginning of this challenge journey. Maybe you've been inspired to set some new ones at this point in the challenge too. Sometimes it's okay to get new perspectives and rework your goals. They don't have to be stagnant. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 13 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Saturday, September 21. You've made it to the second weekend of the challenge. Congratulations, you are doing amazing! Every breath, bead of sweat, and pose you practice, has a ripple effect on your well-being and we hope you're feeling this. One benefit of a regular yoga practice, is a clearer mind. What does more clarity feel like for you? Have any of you felt clearer since you began this challenge almost two weeks ago? We'd love to hear if so, even if it's been subtle. If you want more yoga, Claire's class will have you moving while focusing on a clearing your mind. If you want a break from physically practice, Maria's Pranyama class will give you a nice breather, literally. Both are themed on clarity. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 12 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Friday, September 20. If you loved the chance to go upside down last week, you've got another chance with a different teacher today. If you're feeling like you need to detox a little, Channing's class will help. Every family of yoga poses has a different set of characteristics. If you need a new perspective, going upside down into inversions has real power to shift your mood and see things from another point of view. If you've been feeling stagnant, or low energy, twisting can clean out the energetic junk in your body and be invigorating. Perhaps, pick the class today that's focused on what you normally like less. For example, if you always get grumpy when a teacher instructs a twist, maybe go head first into twisting today, and go into your practice with a new attitude and curiousity. Sometimes in yoga, the things that we have aversions to, whether it be poses or styles, can be exactly what we need. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 11 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Thursday, September 19. Our bodies like to mix it up. If you only ever practice the same poses in the same way, there's inevitably going to be muscles you use more than others. Today you have a choice between two less common styles, Iyengar, and Barre (which is not a style of yoga, but another fitness practice altogether). If you're craving something other than yoga to get you moving, after 10 days in a row of asana (yoga poses), give the barre class a try. If you want something really different and to learn and advance your yoga practice, the Iyengar class will be insightful and anatomically educational. You'll also get a good physical practice in both classes. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 10 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Wednesday, September 18. Today you've got an opportunity to dive into a longer practice. Ashtanga yoga is a rigorous and traditional style, and Jack's class is a good intro if you've never explored it before. If you want your practice to be a little quicker, Ellen's class will give you good stability insights, and have you on and off your mat in less than half an hour. Today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 9 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Tuesday, September 17. The goal is balance. Have you ever gone too far to either extreme? Either working too much, indulging too much, being too lazy, being too busy, etc. Anything in excess can get exhausting and detrimental. Yoga is a tool to help keep ourselves and our lives in balance. Today, you've got the chance to practice with Pradeep. Caitlin's class will take a gentler approach and encourage balance, by learning how to trust yourself. Here are today's class choices:

Welcome to Day 8 of the 21-Day Yoga Challenge: Time to Shine! Monday, September 16. You're in the second week. Are you noticing any changes physically or mentally yet? We'd love to hear how it's going today. It can be easy for the challenge to start feeling like a chore, and your class something you have to do. Today we want to encourage you to avoid falling into this trap, and remember these minutes on your mat are something to look forward to, and possibly moments where you feel your best in your day. Remember to really enjoy your practice as best you can. It's been proven that goals with an element of fun in them, are more successful. Today's class from Ben will have you feeling victorious and Jackie's class will have you feeling free! Today's class choices:
