The challenge is a process, breath by breath. Enjoy how your body can move today. While sometimes in yoga, we can easily get caught up on progress, or perfection, remember instead to enjoy that your body is healthy enough to do yoga today. Yoga is about loving and accepting yourself, your body, and your mind. Bring that energy to your mat today, and notice if any self-critical thoughts try to take it's place instead.
