The shorter class option makes this challenge ideal for everyone, regardless of how much time you have. This New Year's challenge is also accessible for all levels of yoga practitioners from beginner students to experienced and advanced yogis. You'll have the option to explore a variety of different yoga styles from world-renowned instructors from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you'd like to practice).
