Bedtime Yin with Body Scan



This class will prepare both the body and the mind for a relaxing and potent night of sleep. Release tension from the body with a Yin yoga sequence followed by a 15 minute body scan to unwind the mind from its reference point. Please note that students will be left in savasana and may want to set a timer to wake them up at the end.
