This class will prepare both the body and the mind for a relaxing and potent night of sleep. Release tension from the body with a Yin yoga sequence followed by a 15 minute body scan to unwind the mind from its reference point. Please note that students will be left in savasana and may want to set a timer to wake them up at the end.

What a wonderful way to end the day! I appreciated the many lovely poses targeting the hip flexors, which for me are often tight after a long day of sitting at the office. The body scan was great, as well.
So good for my 58 year old body! Love the peaceful quiet of this class. And despite doing it in the afternoon and not feeling at all sleepy, found myself dozing during the body scan. Excellent class. Thank you!

I ve done this practice a few times and I m never disappointed. It doesn t really give you a "deep" stretch if that s what you re looking for. However, it does relax your mind and body. I did this one with my boyfriend last night, and we fell asleep before getting 3/4 of the way through!
