Great poses but the constant talking made it difficult to relax fully. Perhaps a short explanation before each segment with quite time for the poses.
I spent the last few days doing lots of work that taxed my shoulders. This practice was relaxing and her guidance helped stretch a very tired body.

This was a great class! It was the highlight of my day actually. I have hardly any experience with Yin Yoga and it provided me with such a great reset to my whole body, a way to help realign my hips, and reduce tension in my body overall. Great cues and tone in insructor s voice, and the light music made me feel as relaxed as getting a professional massage, thank you!
I ve never done Yin before and I honestly thought I was taking the "easy" way out on the YDL challenge today when I went with this option. Wasn t prepared for the challenges that would come up for me in this practice but it was exactly what I needed and I will definitely be trying more Yin in the future!

I felt pretty intimidated by the length and intensity of Marks class in the options for today s YDL challenge, so I opted for Caitlin s class, and I am so glad I did! I finished feeling both energised and relaxed, and very calm, although I would have liked it to carry on for another half an hour! Thank you xx

Yin is a favourite of mine but haven t done it for a while. Lovely gentle practice with lots of information on the benefits of each pose. Caitlin s calm voice & cues were reassuring & I feel new energy flowing which will take me through the rest of the afternoon gardening. Thankyou, namaste.

The shapes were nice, but there was so much talking I couldn’t listen to my breath at all. Would’ve been better if there were quiet times in the poses.
