Since I haven’t practiced yoga for about 1 1/2 years it was nice to take Caitlins class. I most like the choices of positioning (easier vs. harder). This class was a great ‘restart’ for my yoga! Yes, yes, and yes!

This yoga really helps you stretch and relieve stress, while also breathing into the stretches and massaging internal organs. Really liked holding the poses too which helps me focus on the breath.

Totally appreciated this class...shoveled snow earlier and will again later, so the stretch/relaxation was much needed.Also liked the added props for some of the poses and learning a new pose.

Practicing santosha is my intention for this month and it was a nice surprise to hear it mentioned in the class.
The different options offered made me feel comfortable and the cues were very clear. Sometimes when I was already into the pose for some time, I was still hearing many words which occasionally distracting me from surrendering in the pose. Overall, this class has offered me a great sense of relaxion. Thank you, Caitlin.

Lovely relaxing practice, it was just what I needed this evening. I ll definitely come back to it/ Just a note, the description suggests blocks and bolster as equipment, blanket was NOT noted, so I didn t have that readily accessible. Perhaps that can be added? Thanks

I juat recieved a bolster for Christmas and this was very relaxing before bed. Thank you for showing nultipme alternatives to the moves. Very helpful
Ahhh a bolster makes such a difference with Yin Yoga! I am so glad you got one and are taking Yin Yoga classes with it. If you don t have a bolster you can grab a couple of pillows form your bed or your couch. I recommend having a firm pillow and a soft pillow as you will find they are both helpful in different poses or stacked together!
I ve been doing this each night to help ease tension. A welcome practice after a long stressful day. Wonderful guidance and slow easy pace. She lets you know about how long you will be in the pose so you don t have to wonder how much longer.

This beautiful practice was exactly what I needed today.
Caitlin, I found your words of guidance throughout to resonate with me far beyond the mat and I really appreciated this deep emotional support and opening to new avenues of thinking and processing. On a physical level, this practice also felt like a really thoughtful, gentle sweep through the body. The moment between the two sides at the point of pigeon pose really highlighted the contrast between the former tension, pain, and strain, and stress on one, and the amount of ease that had been achieved on the other!
Lastly, I loved that when you offered the variations, you thoroughly explained why or what cues to be aware in discerning which might be a better option for one s body and needs in conjunction with reminders about knowing when to let go or adjust. As someone with very little guided yoga experience thus far, this was so refreshing.
I am very interested in your other classes as well as would like to come back to this video later (when not mindfully practicing) to jot down a few of the brilliantly chosen phrases that really helped me move through some challenges in a new way.
