It is my hope that this practice will serve as a reset for you, in whichever way you need. With sequences that build from the ground up and eventually grow to a "one breath per movement" flow, let your energy be restored and nourished, thanks to the prana that we'll invite in.

This is a full body practice including twists, heart openers, folds, and hip openers. If you have a block at home, you may find it helpful for certain shapes.
