This class begins with gentle opening stretches to create space and length through the body. You’ll move into a smooth, uplifting flow to build warmth and momentum, followed by a grounding standing sequence with optional playful, more challenging transitions for those who want to explore. We’ll then slow things down with nourishing stretches, guiding you into a deeply restful Savasana where you can fully absorb the benefits of your practice and leave feeling balanced, calm, and empowered.
