Yin Yang Yoga for the Upper Body

The combination of Yin and Yang Yoga opens, stretches and strengthens not only your muscles but also your connective tissue, which is very important when working with the upper body. Our shoulders, chest and neck are areas which tend to take on the stress of too much computer work and our hectic daily lives. During the first half of this class you will gentle Yang poses for this area of your body and during the second half you will sink in and chill out with some deep, opening Yin poses.
