I really enjoyed this class. It was very straightforward and efficient, and the pace helped me focus on the practice and quiet the monkey chatter in my head. Plus there were lots of great quad stretches in there!

This does have a good flow BUT the queing is very difficult to follow for example: throughout she would say "forward fold" then say "flow to the top of your mat". So it took me quite a while to just go with instinct and listen to what she was meaning to say. Luckily, I have been doing yoga for a long time. At the end it felt like cat pose was thrown in because it had to be there and was followed by figure 4. When you try this just chose one and lengthen it, you don t need both.
I found I liked the flow I just wished it didn t seem like the que s were backwards.

Thanks so much for trying out the class and I appreciate your comment! This is a product of my teacher training - I teach repetitive flows that are set up with breathe, posture, then cues, and they involve a halfway lift after forward folds, which depending on training and styles you may or may not not get in classes. Hopefully I ll see you in another class now that you understand my teaching style!

Solid power flow!

I enjoyed the movement to settle in to early lunges. It really helped me release the day s tension and focus on my yoga flow.

Wow, this was much better than expected for the very first flow from Nicole on YD. The comparison to Jackie s classes is what convinced me to give it a try, but now I can t wait for more classes from Nicole. Well balanced, well cued (I looked at my screen only twice for the first ball posture and first side lunge). The pace was great and the wind down was perfect. Nothing too fancy here, but a good steady flow with a balance challenge towards the end. Got right down to business too.

I really enjoyed this one! Fun and energizing flow with excellent cues, it got my heart rate up a little and brought in just enough sweat for me to really feel like I was getting a great start to my day. She hit a wide variety of poses and the pace was just perfect. Definitely adding to my rotation!
