Nicole Foote  Flower


Nicole Foote is a Colorado, USA based yoga teacher. Her teachings aim to create a space where you can connect with yourself, focus on your breath, and get playful on the mat. Nicole has been practicing yoga for 20 years and was first introduced to yoga as a way to balance out stress and ease anxiety. She’s been hooked ever since! She completed her RYT-200 Yoga-Alliance teacher training in 2017, and has studied a variety of yoga styles including power, vinyasa, and hot power fusion, which she weaves throughout her classes. Nicole explored her teacher training as a way to focus on alignment in her body, having just had hip labrum reconstruction surgery a few months prior to teacher training (and a few years later had labrum reconstruction surgery on the other hip). Yoga has taught her that modifications are a lovely addition to your yoga practice, and as Bernie Clark said, “your body, your yoga.” Nicole aims to create classes where students are mindful of their space and their bodies while they practice.

Nicole has a career in finance and practices yoga as much as she can. When she’s not on the mat, she enjoys walking her husky Skye, traveling the world, connecting with friends and family, going to Broncos games, and more recently learning how to play pickleball.
