Whew! HardCORE and Booty Camp were very accurate titles for this practice! I had to take breaks, but plan to revisit this class and be able to take less breaks. I m still feeling the burn ;)
Day 13 Nurture & Nourish - I did this class on the 29 Oct for this 21 day challenge. It s been a while since I last did this class and it whooped me again! Becca s classes never fail to bring a challenge and some sweating. I needed this burn and it was an awesome cleanse of sorts. If you want a good sweat with yoga elements and glute focus, for sure try this. Great choice.
This one burns SO good! I am used to lifting with heavier weights to try and build my booty, so this was a surprisingly nice (& challenging) change. I wore ankle weights for even more of a challenge and let me tell you - my glutes were on fire!!! I will definitely be adding this into my weekly workout routine. Thanks Becca!

Great quick workout building up a good sweat
One of my favorites. Just getting back to daily yoga. Making a believer out of my 18year old.
I did this after another weight workout and that was a killer! Glutes on fire!
Great class and five star work out.
My quads burned more than my legs and I didn t find it easy to isolate the glute muscle groups until the floor piece as much as I hoped (I am doing long running mileage so the last thing I wanted was more tired legs).
I found it more of a great, fast tough all over lower body (core legs and glutes work out) than glutes and I know its all connected, but what I was looking for was something (like the last round on the floor), that was isolating glutes.
Didn t affect my rating because I recognize good instruction and a good class overall.

You won t need long to see the results with this class. I come back to this bum burner and have seen growth in my running, walking, picking things upping, and general lower body strength. You don t even need weights to notice but it s great because you can always make this class different. What a gem - this is a class you will love. If you like a strong core and bum

I thought I was in decent shape but my quads are shaking two hours after doing this class.
Super fun class, hadn t worked out in awhile when I did this one so it was definitely really tough for me - but I like a challenge and it was a good change of pace!
That s a challenging first day for the abs & booty bootcamp challenge, but I like it!!!
This was a great workout. Had to use modifiers, but that did not make it easier. I will be feeling really sore tomorrow.
I Love all of Becca s classes! They are so challenging.. Nothing good terribly difficult but you really feel ithat in your muscles.
Another killer by Becca. Great class glutes burning, good cardio, arms as well. Excellent way to burn calories and tone in packed 35 min.
Now this is what I was looking for, excellent class. I wish it was 60 min. So know it s only 35min! To enhance the experience; more cardio keep hands lightly on head during lunges, or keep weights and do bicep/tricep exercises. No shoulders needed bc of all core work at beginning.
This class is beyond advanced if you don t use the modifications. It will definitely kick your butt in the short time. I know I m exhausted today, but the plank work alone in the beginning (without modifications) was more than my arms could handle which is normally a lot.
I really enjoy her classes and the weights really make a difference!

Riopelle never disappoints! Felt this in booty plus, hams, quads and even a bit in the core and arms. Good use of time for sure. Not for those looking for a traditional yoga practice. Thank you Becca!
I like her classes however her transition time was a little off in the beginning of the workout a few additional seconds would have been great. I like her workout very intense.

Becca s classes define not only your glutes or arms or core with this series, but since doing her classes with weights on the mat, all my runs and even my other yoga practices are stronger. The real deal here with her...she is brilliantly specific, direct, gives great cues and also a class that makes you feel you want more, not exhausted. Riopellelllllling...awesome.
I did a 2.5 mile run and this 35 minute workout right after. Amazing workout. Her classes are awesome and looking forward to more classes from this instructor. She always kicks my butt!

Talk about literally kicking your butt! I had to stop a lot bc my glutes were locking up! Hopefully if I keep doing this I will be able to finish it without stopping!
