This is a challenging class that will work your lower half, specifically your glutes, while also getting your heart rate up. You will lunge, pulse and sweat your way to a firmer back side. While there are traditional yoga poses in the class, there are a few barre and bootcamp inspired moves as well. You can expect to do some repetitive movements to really get into all of the muscles that make up the glutes, but we will also do a little flowing to stretch things out in the middle of class. Because this class is designed to get results quickly, we won't spend a lot of time on alignment, we'll just get into the poses and burn those buns!

Amazing class! I wanted to balance out my holiday overindulgences but I was too tired to get out all my weights or do a HIIT workout. This class was exactly what I needed, a nice workout, plus the hip opening and twists were delicious. I m excited to try the arm working out tomorrow. Thanks, Kylie!

excellent class. She does what she says - focuses mainly on isolating glutes; with some core legs. Loved (and hated) the class - it wasn t easy but feel great. Will do again.

It has been a while since I did this class, and I definitely need to get it back into my rotation. Challenging mix of lower body strengthening and a bit of flow.
I really enjoyed this class! Challenging without being unfeasible. I only got through 35 minutes before my baby woke up so I will be getting back
Great glute class! Repetitive motions get those gluteus muscles burning. Great sculpting for lower body and not to forget the arms with all the chatarungas. Although beginner class as no difficult moves this is a challenging class
WOW! This is a workout! I was 15 minutes in and realized I am completely out of shape! Adding this class to my favorites. My goal is to practice this video and keep up with Kylie!
Day 3 of the challenge: This was the most challenging this week for me. Great instruction by Kylie, I really liked the sequence of poses. I would add- bring a towel. I felt it and will feel more of it tomorrow no doubt!

Nice mix of yoga and toning excrcises. Only thing was I found the exercises a bit repetitive and I would have liked a bit more variety. Saying that.... My glutes are definitely burning!

Your legs will definitely BURN in this class. It s got sculpting moves coupled with stretching; the BEST combination.
I am so glad I chose this class today. I was challenged to stay in the poses and sequences as my thighs and glutes burned and shook. I was glad for this 21 day challenge class as I felt my body changing and getting stronger.

I really enjoy this class. The sequence is challenging and you definitely feel it. The pace is quick but fluid. I ve taken this class a few times now over the last few months and I am happy to feel stronger each time. I am glad this made it into the Yoga Challenge, it was exactly what I was hoping for mid week.
This class delivers what it promises. It s great if you are looking for a challenging workout but definitely does not leave much time for alignment. Some of the pulsing did not feel good on my knees so I skipped them but enjoyed the lateral glutes movements and really felt the tights burning during the flowing part.
Challenging glute class - loved it! I love Kylie s approach to her classes and i am never disappointed. I will definitely not be loving the steps tomorrow :) Great class!

First off, Kylie is a great instructor! But get ready, this is an intense class!! Not in terms of complex poses, as those are limited.... but she goes right from one exercise to the next, with no rest time, no time to re-gather. I love it now, but it took me 4 or 5 times thru before I got there! Well done, Kylie, thx for pushing me!

So good! Kylie is one of the best teachers and this class delivers her usual - great workout, focused flow, excellent cues, and motivating dialogue (monologue?) without feeling like she talks too much.
I consider myself advanced, but I got a killer workout in with this one. It s completely low impact which is nice if you re looking to change up a cardio routine.

This class is great but was super intense for me! I was definitely getting my cardio in, strengthening my lower body, and working my upper body as well. Challenging transitions from pose to pose but it kept my interest and I will probably come back to this class again when I need a good workout!

Great sculpting class, you really feel your muscles burning and no weights are needed.
One of the most challenging classes I ve taken, but the sensation you feel when you re done in more than worth it!!!
It s taken me a few times to completely make it through this workout (and that s not a bad thing). This workout really challenges you, and although it feels like it gets easier after practicing a few times, it never feels like it gets too easy. This is my go to practice for lower body strength (I m a triathlete who is trying to focus on strength, endurance and flexibility). The poses within this class have "woken up" muscles I m not using through running, swimming and cycling and have helped me fine tune them.
Kylie is a great instructor! What an awesome way to start my Sunday.
