This is a great class. I enjoy Pradeep s instruction, push and motivational words to continue with each challenging poses. I would say he one of the best teachers here on Yoga Download. Great job Pradeep! :)
this was an amazing excercise, i loved it and I repeated it 3 days in a row
Good class. Tough in parts. The second time I have done this workout. Cueing could be clearer at times, and one element I don t enjoy is the counting. He doesn t count straight, he misses counts and repeats and you end up triple repeating. I would prefer to know I had 50 counts of an exercise and count down, than be told 20 and through miscounts it be 50.
But overall a decent workout, just not my fav.
Very challenging! A lot of core work. I always feel strong and centered after Pradeep s classes. This was no exception :)

Really enjoyed. It was helpful to read comments and I prepared mentally for the challenge. I modified some planking but felt I completed the session. ??
A really great class with a focus on the core. Pradeep s joy for life is infectious and he has a real way of grounding you. The cueing in this class can be a touch fast and/or confusing at times but is still quite easy to follow for the most part. I had to make a few modifications in the plank series.
Great class. Only 35 not 45 minutes before cool down and savasana. I like that he works to isolate the core for the most part. Only suggestion is counting. I don t like when he says 10 left and he misses or recounts or talks in the middle and then recounts from where he left off while I keep doing the effort.

He s funny like that! I think he does it to distract you and make you laugh. He s one of my all time favorites and I ve been doing yoga for 20 years :)
Great class, excellent core work. Definitely had to modify side plank. Pradeep is outstanding teacher. I was simultaneously laughing like crazy and feeling inspired. Thank you, Pradeep! Time for an almond milk latte. 3

Wow! Hard class but Pradeep makes it fun. I have done several of his classes and all are excellent but you need to listen closely as he moves quickly. I also love his sense of humour! I will definitely be doing this one again
Another great class by Pradeep. Although this is a beginner class(involves no advanced moves) the length of holds on these planks are tough. I would agree with whomever said bring a towel and you will feel this tomorrow. Great core and arm workout.
Luv the killer core work but yes parts were hard on the wrists. I always luv your humor Pradeep and the bhakti savasana was lovely.
Day 2: I love Pradeep s instruction and his voice...especially when he reminds me that the pain is only in my head and that I can overcome it. He s fantastic and I loved the class; it s a tough one!
This was definitely a great core workout, but I am not sure it s suited for "all levels". I am just getting back into exercising (although I used to do yoga quite frequently) and I could not keep up. There also isn t really a clear definition for modifications (i.e. modified plank pose, etc.) If I had been more in shape, I would have definitely given this five stars, but for a beginner or someone who hasn t worked out in quite some time, it was quite difficult to keep up, primarily with all the planking.
Day 2 challenge: This was the second time I did this core class. Loved it both times.
Great class for core. Just that sometimes I m a bit lost with the instructions and need to look at the screen to make sure I m doing it right.
Wow! I really needed all of his encouragement! This was a challenge but I met it! I m so proud of me! My wrists got a bit sore and my forearms were shaking.

Pradeep is one of my favorite instructors. I have done many MANY of his classes so I know what to expect. I thought he went a little easy on us...not that I am complaining. My wrists got a bit sore but other then that great class. I am 55 so my core is my top priority.
This was a good class. I was a little hesitant since I m out of practice but it was doable! Glad I didn t bail, Thank you Pradeep!

This class moves fast! If you are not familiar with some of the poses you might be confused. His cueing and counting is not always on; even his models were confused! On a positive note, I liked the variety of poses to strengthen my core, but this would not be a class I d come back to very often.
This class is amazing! I feel it! I’ll definitely be doing it again!

"Strong to the core" remains my favourite all time class on YDL, but I enjoyed this one too.
As always, a fantastic class from Pradeep. I was a little intimidated by the all-core at first, but it s really accessible. Enjoyed this a lot.
This is definitely a core strengthening class by the core master. But I would characterize this class as advanced beginner or intermediate. And it is a you will feel it. I loved it! Thanks!
