What an amazing class! Thank you! This was my 1st class with Jack and I loved it. Great pace...Not too slow, which made me motivated to attempt Monk s pose.

A challenging class, I enjoyed pushing my boundaries both physically and mentally.
Jack always gives great cuing and great class. No exception. This is a hard class. But worth it.
This class is weird. Totally weird. But by the end it s fun. I have to say, since I m doing this as part of the 2 week challenge, I was very fatigued jumping into right after the bar class. But still it offered into me some new light and by the end I really did appreciate what was going on. A nice little way to seal in all those ballerina things with some weird things. I also really liked the looping curtsy 1 legged squats. If this class were a bit longer, it would be great too. But since I did it after the other class, I m SO HAPPY it isn t longer :-)

Excellent and unique class!
The instructor emphasized that this class would be working hamstrings and glutes, but I didn t feel that was really the case. He spent so much time explaining these complicated moves, and they were complicated, that we only did 5 reps max....this was not much of a strength workout to me.
GREAT instructor. So glad the challenge brought me to his class and a new teacher I hadn t tried before. Great cuing and great strength related poses. I felt right at home in this class. Kudos!!!! Only thing that was odd was looking for Jack Cuneo on the Instructors list through my tv. Jack isn t listed under the Js with Jackie CM and others. This is probably a tech glitch of some sort, but should be sorted for ease of use in finding more classes from him.
Very good class. I learned some poses I have never done. As more of an advanced beginner, it was definitely hard and my body does not move in all those directions but I managed to get part way there on all of them. Looking forward to trying it again and getting closer!!
Day 4: I was surprised by the how much the little movements could do so much. Good instruction and guidance and I certainly felt it. I will do this one again.
Challenging but interesting workout. Jack is one of my favourite s instructors, always have a surprise factor in the movement.
I LOVED this class. Was it easy, no. Am I shaking and feeling my legs in ways I never expected, YES! I loved the instruction, pace, and the cues were simple to understand. I really enjoyed how, even if I can t do flying monk, yet, Jack reminds you to do what you can for where you are. I WILL come back to this class!

This was a tough but fun and challenging work out. His teaching methods were simple enough to give proper alignment and also tells you the sensations you should or shouldn’t feel. Great class.
Tough, challenging, and excellent. I was surprised to be so tired after this deliberate practice but I appreciate jack’s innovative poses and teaching.
Really fun class, definitely a break from the norm. Super interesting poses and transitions. Definitely want to explore more of his classes.

Interesting class good leg strength and entering positions from different sides than usual making them more challenging and strengthening. I ll see how I feel tomorrow

Fun & interesting moves!
This was an awesome routine by Jack. I love his attention to subtle movements that really work the body and make serious challenge accessible to everyone. He has an extremely kind attitude (not just the kindness yoga name) and wonderful instruction. One of my favorites.
