As always, this instructor s cues are easy to follow and her motivation is strong. This class is exceptionally good for leg strength and balance.

If you re looking for a slow yoga warm up and then just yoga, this class is not for you! It s from the hard core yoga series so before you think oh it s 35 mins should be easy, hold up and check the program description. Now, am I intermediate? Nope! Have I only started working out this year after 30 years of sitting on the couch? Yep! But this still was an amazing workout packed into 35 mins! Sure I had to pause it like 4 to 5 times I think but I still was able to finish it and that s what matters and added to my favorites! Can t wait to come back at the end of the year to see how much better I get at it!
Great quick workout....definitely felt it the next day and liked the calf work.
The most difficult leg day workout I ve done through Yoga Download!! But I felt really accomplished after I completed it...whew!

GREAT! Very quick, very intense class with so many ways of using block and weights. I couldn t quite keep up the pace today but there s a challenge for next time!
It s not exactly a yoga class but if you re looking for a challenging lower body workout, this is it. This makes the usual squat-lunge leg workouts look boring. She hits your legs in a range of ways. Yes it isn t easy but it s not too tough, she gives plenty of options to make it less/more challenging. I echo other reviewers saying its a good idea to warm up before the class as she goes straight into a ton of calf raises!
While I wouldn t consider it much of a yoga class, it was a great lower body strength training practice that I needed to support my running

WOW! Great lower body burn...my calves! As some of the above reviews mention, yes she starts right into it. So you might want to do a few sun salutations or other warm-up before hand. She does do a good cool-down. This was a great class if you want to target the lower body with some modifications to add in the upper body too.
I did not finish this one because it is more about working out with weights than yoga. Plus the instructor just jumped right in there is no warm-up or getting into any kind of rhythm. This just wasn t for me.
I eagerly await Becca s new classes and this one didn t disappoint. I do her classes at least 3 times a week, and my body has changed so much. This is a nice addition to her 30 min booty camp class. Would suggest making sure you do some backbend classes and hip classes in between Becca and Kylie s classes to balance out all the front body work in their classes. Thanks Becca. Love these half hour classes as I fit them in after my shorter relaxed run days. This was another great class and of course its easy to stop them from getting to easy as you just keep upping the weights.

This is a wonderful class. If you need help strengthening and toning your lower body this is a great class. She packs a lot of exercises into this 35 minutes. When I saw it was going to be 35 minutes I thought it was going to be easy breezy. No way, get ready to sweat especially if you re using heavier weights. You ll need a bit more transition time with the heavier weights. She gets right into it. Thanks Becca for another great class.
