Such a great full body class with a strong emphasis on the dreaded LH es. I had a bit of a hard time deciding whether to "mirror" the instructor or go with her right/left instructions. Maybe that s just me. But, loved it!!
Wow! I tried this class after 4 miles on the elliptical...omg! Very tough,challenging core,arms,chest,gluten,cardio included. I couldn t get through all the reps but definitely something to aspire to! Time passed quickly. I waited for rest but it didn t come until it was over??
I have done This class before from a previous challenge so I know she is no joke. In fact i consider this particular class one of the most challenging I have done with yoga download. It was a big jump from where this challenge started but a fantastic class if you just listen to your body and do the best you can!
Woe that was a tough one but good. I appreciated the reminders to breath. Even though it was an hour the time went really fast. Definitly a challenge but well worth the efforts.
Sweating like crazy... if you want yoga, this isn t it.. but if you want a full body / cardio / jumping around / weight lifting / sculpting / and everything in between then this is it.
love handles will not survive this.
This is an amazing class that really focuses on core- no joke. It also added in sculpting moves and some plyos. I really liked it because it didn t overdo it on the plyo and jumping-just enough to get the heart rate up!
Excellent hard core class..... I could not keep up with everything but gives something to work toward. Is a challenge for sure. I will be doing this again.
Awesome class to work all the muscle groups and get you sweating like crazy! If you ve taken Becca s other classes you ll know she jumps right in at the top and doesn t stop. I had to pause the video when I first started doing her classes, but with practice I am now able to stay with her for the whole class. An awesome feeling and a total body buzz :)

Thanks for saying that at first you had to pause her videos, because I m still at that stage, and it is helpful to hear that eventually I might/will be able to go through the entire hour without stopping!
Wow I just love this class! It is very challenging and involves a lot of different moves. I loved the plyos. Will do this again and again FOR SURE!
Love Becca s classes!!! I have seen amazing results in my body from her classes. My energy gets a boost every time i see she has a new class posted. Not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from. I think any class or exercise there is a risk of injury, but Becca does a good job of giving cues for corrections and constantly provides lower impact alternatives. Becca s classes are a regular, motivating part of my weekly workout regime!

Great class! Recovering from injury and this was a great low impact class. I was sweating 5 mins into the class. LOVE the instructor. Will get more of her classes.
I was super-sore the next day! The instructor looks good, and it s because she does her own classes. If you re wanting not just a love-handle workout, but arms and legs-I recommend.
Difficult class, I enjoyed it. Three pound weights are perfect for this one.
I really thought I would like this one because I have done yoga with weights at the gym before but I just didn t care for this video.
The concept of this class is good, however there is not enough focus on proper alignment and many of these moves can cause injury if not done correctly. Also, she gets her right and left confused quite a bit and this is confusing for the first few times you are watching the video.

A butt-kicker! I like the blend of yoga and sculpting. It doesn t feel so aggro, like a lot of High-Intensity workouts can, instead it encourages you to listen to your own body and respect it. I was shaking by the end but felt energized, not depleted. Great!
Becca always proves me wrong. My pride says after decades of classes there s nothing new. She always innovates. Yep, I learned from this class again with new moves with specific timing, breath, motivation, and great options to always take it further. I just renewed my yearly since it seems there s more classes from Becca and with barre type moves, or yoga inspired cardio classes. awesome invigorating class i m sure you ll love since you ll also end up with less love handles. thanks for a great class with such an incredible gifted teacher.
Another awesome, challenging class from Becca Riopelle. I would rank this class as more difficult than yoga with weights I, but slightly easier than yoga with weights II. There are no jump switches or one-legged burpees in this class. There are lots of new ab moves, many of which focus on the obliques and transverse abs, some nice lunge variations, and classic plyometrics throughout. It is a full hour with a couple minutes of stretching and a short savasana at the end. Highly recommended, especially if you enjoyed Becca s other two classes!
