I really like this class and have done it several days in a row now, but with no music. Today I thought I d try the music version. I didn t mind the music, I actually kinda liked it. However, is there a way to soften the music? It is loud enough to compete, and distract, from Keith s voice. A softer sound in the background, would fit so much better. Just my opinion! Otherwise, I love the class and it hits on all the areas I need. Keith s classes never disappoint! Thank you!

Keith s teaching is always perfect for me. The addition of the music in this class took it to another level. Not to sound cliche, but I really had a spiritual experience.

I loved the music. I felt like I held the poses with fierceness. The whole flow was great, Keth doesn t do too many repetitions, so you after a couple of times, you move to another position. Much easier on my body. His instructions are always easy to follow. This goes into my favorites file.

Keith, please do not let YogaDownload mess up with your classes! This was one of my favourites and when I returned to it today, I could not believe the jarring techno Bollywood soundtrack that has been added to it. I have been asking YogaDownload to offer silent classes for 7 (yes, seven) years now and instead of making it better, it only gets worse. Please, ask that the soundtrack be removed so I can go back to my favourites. Thank you!

Wow! Such an amazing day 1!
This is my first yoga challenge this year; I’ve been neglecting my practice since the year started, but also doing my best to have at least one session a week.
But now with this challenge I know things will change! I felt it the moment I took my first deep breath with Keith.
I’m Melissa and I’m joining you guys from Portugal.
Spring is here and it was a raining day, so I couldn’t practice outside. But in the next days I’ll share with you few photos of the session :)

Beautiful slow flow. Got quite a few back crackles out of it, which felt super. I m glad there was a 30-minute option to choose from on day one of the Spring challenge. It fits my lunch break perfectly.

I pulled this up on my Apple TV and didn’t notice there was a no music version. That was literally going to be my suggestion!
WONDERFUL way to start my morning and really looking forward to this two week challenge of getting up, and getting into my body through yoga.
I REALLY like this flow, for my body, it’s exactly what I need first thing in the morning. I can see myself using this particular flow on my own throughout the day

Excellent flow to start the day (or even end the day). Keith provides good instructions and love how he emphasizes to keep it slow, controlled, and to breathe. The music was nice! Liked the mix of poses to create heat and poses to practice balance -- very nice! There were a couple of poses that were new to me.

I m just getting back into yoga practice since in person classes here shut down last spring. This session was very enjoyable and just the right amount of challenge for me. As usual, I had to modify a few poses to accommodate some of my physical limitations. The instructor s voice and the music were a nice combination. Thank you!

Great short workout and easy to back off or go deeper to meet you where you are. I have done a few classes with Keith, and each has been good work and a pleasure. His voice is calm but not boring, and his cues and timing are spot on for me. Thanks Keith! I look forward to more classes from you!

First class with Keith - the instruction was well done and clear, the flow was creative and new. I love balance flows as they set me up for feeling strong, powerful, and in control (if not of everything, at least of myself!!), so I was very happily surprised at what the flow contained! The music was an upbeat and energetic addition. At the beginning of the savasana, I found myself thinking the beat should go away so I can relax and magically it flowed away. Well done - thanks, Keith!

Great class, especially enjoyed the hip opener towards the end. My left hip is always less flexible than my right and after this practice I’m definitely feeling much more balanced! I didn’t do the class with music but next time I think I will.

I find it dificult to give a full five, so put a fourandahalf. But this says more aboit me than aboit the class.
I did the class without music, and felt very quick at ease and safe to go for it. Good explenations, good class.
Did it twice on one day to make sure, but yes feels goid during and after the class. Thanks keith

I hadn’t come across this one of Keith’s classes and I am glad the challenge brought me to this particular practice. I did this class before bed but this practice could easily be incorporate into anytime of the day. Great class, Keith!

This is a perfect class for any level, if you just want a bit of flow and gentle stretching without requiring a lot of time. I even got my husband to do it with me and he lasted through the entire video!

I have done this both with and without music, and I have to say that for me, the music wins, hands down. Absolutely brilliant combo, and Keith s cuing is so good. I like that this is not a super fast or a super slow class, but an intentional one. A good all rounder that doesn t focus heavily on one body part, so I could see this also as a nice warmup for another body part focused class if you had time and inclination.

Day 3 Class with Keith helped me work up to the flow with his instruction. Nice warm-up. I will repeat this class so I can practice the sequence and the sitting gomukhasana. I felt where my hips are locked up - more work to do! Thank you Keith =)

That was a wonderful way to start my day and new year! Keith was clear, calm. He guided me well, starting with an invitation to close my eyes. I was surprised to find that with my eyes closed I was not as worried about what he was doing on the screen and I could let his voice and the music guide me.

A good class for Day 3 of the Yoga challenge but still a bit too advanced for a complete beginner. Different poses mentioned such as dolphin pose but no explanation of how do it. Enjoyable though and not too strenuous.

This was a wonderful class. Lots of great poses held for lengths of time that were challenging but not overly so. I enjoyed it and felt like I got in a complete practice in only 30 minutes.

I love love flow classes and this one by Keith did not disappoint. Very clear, methodical instructions gets you within, with a slow challenge to open up your body. Great music background gets you in a meditative state. Very nice class!

I enjoyed this class. I am so happy that Yoga Download have decided to give us the choice of music or no music. I really like the music on this session, but I am equally happy that I can choose to have none or play my own on a future occassion.
