Ali s Copasetic Flow class was absolutely stunning. I loved every second! I honestly could have kept going with her as a guide, I felt so held and supported. The music was just perfect too. I can t wait to do this one again. Thank you!

This was a perfectly paced class for me today as I was feeling tired this morning. It was just the right amount of challenge. I chose to do the class with music and I really enjoyed it and felt it added to the practice. Ali s cues were great and her voice is so relaxing. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the slower pace of this practice -- it was a great start to my day. I am glad it was offered with/without music. I like the music of Sahale, but found it distracting during the class, so I was glad for the non-music option. Now that I am familiar with the flow of the class, I may try again with music. ;)

This was perfect fir this morning. Loved everything about it but would not say adv. beginner. I think a beginner could do this one. I loved the flow of the poses and the focus on breathing. Really great!

I did this class the day before my period is supposed to start. I felt out-of-sorts and full of body aches. This class soothed a lot of emotional edges and really eased the muscles along my spine and hips. Very helpful and peaceful.

Great calm flow. I generally don t like slower paced classes, but really enjoyed Ali s calm voice and constant movement of the practice. It kept me engaged, without giving my mind time to wander. I look forward to trying more of your classes.

Get instructions on when to inhale and when to exhale. Ali incorporates it so easily into the movements. I felt like the breathing came naturally.

Of all the electronic music sessions I ve listened to so far, this was my favorite in terms of how the music was mixed with the instruction. Neither was too loud nor too soft. The flow was relatively slow and soothing, but the music was pretty upbeat, which afforded me the opportunity to dance my way through the poses, which I ve never done in yoga before! Enjoyable!

Very nice class with Ali! It was definitely heart opening and got the energy flowing through the body. I really liked the warm ups she included before many of the postures. The seated cat/cow was also a nice change. Also, the music was energetic and opened the possibility to intensify the flow. Thanks Ali!

Loved the class, the music & the instructor. It was seamless how she spoke us through the moves, gentle moves that did do an effective wake up of the body. Her voice & instructions were lovely. I really liked the music by Sahale also. My only suggestion is to have the music more background and not so loud. Maybe it s my age. . I could hear her clearly but the music was distracting. Can we see more of her classes, perhaps an hour long class?

I love your class and your beautiful voice. I think it is a good idea to switch sides with the legs sitting on the floor to be sure I get the stretch on both sides. Overall perfect. Please post MORE classes that you lead.

I have been a member of YogaDownload for over a decade now, and yet I still feel this is one of the best I have done! Everything about this class works together: the music, the vibe, the moves....everything. I know some people don t like music in their classes, but I can t think of a more perfect example of how it all just works together. More of Ali, please! She s got the energy and the instruction that we need, now more than ever! So chill, yet still energetic enough to make you feel empowered. Absolutely love it.

Love Ali s calm nature. Cues were great and I appreciated the flow without chatarangas. Sometimes my wrists need a break. I usually listen to calmer music while practicing esp at the beginning and end so this was a little intense for me but a fun change of pace. More from Ali please!! :)

Ali is a fantastic teacher! I look forward to seeing more from her. This class was something different for me; I normally prefer a more active vinyasa or a full-out yin. This was sort of an active awareness class, with mainly gentle movements and focus on breath. Ali made it approachable and fun. Music was cool and I enjoyed it; personally I think it helped make the class more interesting during the slow basic movements because it let me kind of zone out. Thanks Ali!

This class is just what I needed. Enough movement to be grateful for what my body can do but calming enough to ease me through feeling overwhelmed (as I do today). Very much looking forward to future classes with Ali!
Also -- I enjoyed the music. It was a little too loud but I could still hear the cues just fine.

Loved the class, the flow, Ali s calming voice. The real work was only about 20 minutes, so I do hope we see some longer and more intense classes from Ali. Now for the negative. I liked the music but it was way too loud. It was distracting from the calmness exuded by the instructor. Even in savasana; it should have at least slowed down at that point. I couldn t relax. I tried to stop and reconnect without the music but there was a glitch with the site which may have been a temporary issue, so I ll not discount the star rating.

I rarely write reviews. But this class was awesome. Usually I don t like instrumental or rhythmic music during yoga classes. However the Sahale music was a perfect combination with a slow flow and the instructor s voice. It was an amazing feeling. Thank you!!

I guess I m a weirdo, but I found the music to be VERY distracting with such a lovely, mellow flow. I switched to the no-music flow 3 minutes and 28 seconds into it, haha. My sole complaint is that the music audio (including the instructors cues) were much louder/easier to hear in the music version vs. the non-music version.
The new instructor (Ali -- hello!) is LOVELY, which is why I gave 5 stars anyway. I needed something very soft and gentle again today, and this certainly fit the bill!
I can t wait for more! I d love to see a quicker, more vigorous flow in the future. Not to say Hatha doesn t have its place, but I love sweat making vinyasas too. :)

This is a lovely gentle flow. The instructor has a wonderfully calm voice with excellent cues. I really enjoyed the music because I found it to enhance the calming experience. I look forward to more classes with Ali.
