This class begins with a traditional vinyasa flow and ends with some therapeutic yin shapes or postures allowing you to surrender deep into your hips.
You can expect to warm up by moving your spine with cat and cow, flow through some sun salutations, fire up your legs with a strong chair series, ignite your core with a few boat poses and balance in warrior 3 and half moon pose.
We end class on the ground with some deep Yin poses to twist and then release the hips. It's the perfect balance of work and rest, effort and ease.

This was a nice hour-long session. But I would classify it as a "You ll feel it" class. There were times I had to alter it to get a breather. I do enjoy a good all over yoga practice that makes me sweat sometimes which is why I saved it as a favorite. However, I was looking for something a little less strenuous today.
Great flow and yin class. Perfect combo for me. I do wish the music wasn t there but the class is still wonderful.
This is the perfect mix, leaves me feeling like I ve worked everything and opened up all my stiff points. But best of all, my mind is peaceful. Thank you!
Great class! Looking at the other comments, I m glad I m not the only one asking YogaDownload to do away with the elevator music. I wish all classes were silent so we can use our own soundtracks or those suggested by instructors and available through Spotify. Thank you for another fabulous practice, Kylie!
There s a mistake in setting up the 3rd sequence - on the first side, she cues low lunge straight to warrior 2, but on the second side cues low lunge to crescent lunge to twist and THEN warrior 2. It s super distracting and definitely took me out of my yoga headspace while I scrambled to adjust. It was also kind of hard to hear her over the music in some places. Aside from that, a great class - I enjoyed the work followed by intentional restful shapes.
Loved this class! I was looking for a bit more yin but the vinyasa flows were strong and powerful and really flowed well into the yin sequence to finish it out. This instructor is tough while being calm and strong. I would highly recommend!

I d give this class 5 stars if it didn t cut out right at a critical spot. It skips ahead going into the first Crescent Lunge. Ruins it for me
I like this class but the first time it goes into crescent lunge it skips. I ve done it twice and had this experience. Anyone else? It s a great class otherwise, but that kind of ruins it for me

Kylie is one of my favorite instructors! Her voice is so calming, but still energetic.This flow ending with some yin was perfect for some hip tightness and soreness I have recently developed.
Loved how she started with a really long child pose, then combined it with thread the needle. Definitely felt like Everyday Namaste (as it was labeled). Not difficult, but added in some challenges like side plank and boat. Another great class by Kylie.

The class itself was great! I ll definitely do this one again. The cueing was easy to follow and the flow was a good workout.
The yin portion at the end was a lovely way to wind down. There were a few editing issues, though - inconsistent volume level, and the first side was partially cut out of one of the flows (first set of crescent lunge).
I really loved the structure of this class. There were some odd audio and technical issues in the editing that made it a little wonky, but overall, I would definitely do this class again. Thank you Kylie!
LOVE!! I usually have a hard time doing an hour of yoga. I get bored too easily. This was GREAT. Good flow from the beginning, kept it moving, then great stretches at the end. I usually don t like the long holds but these felt soooooo good. Kylie is definitely my favorite instructor. She doesn t fill the space with useless chatter. It s perfect amount of instruction, encouragement and silence.
Another great class by Kylie! I did this after a fairly strenuous cardio workout, and found that the flow became challenging enough that my legs were shaking. The yin part of class was welcomed! Great way to spend an hour. Thank you :)

Kyle is great. this is the second class I have done of hers and I loved it.
Absolutely one of my faves!!! This has it all, with just the right amount of intensity to kick off any day, leaving you to feel like it s going to be a great day ahead!

This class felt really good. It was a good, strong flow for about 40 minutes, then some nice, long stretches for the last 20.
