This class is focused on getting out of your head and letting go by way of movement. From the start of class right up until the end when we ground down, you will be moving and flowing. In addition to flowing you will also be balancing in airplane, half moon, dancer and warrior three. You will end this class a little sweaty, open, grounded and relaxed.

The way I giggled when she wobbled, and then I turned into a child s spring toy hopping around my mat! This is a great class, it gets you ready for the balance poses in such an elegant way - I found myself going into revolved crescent moon without a hitch! Thank you Kylie and YDL!

Great flow, enough power to sweat a little and let go! Love the cueing and love the lack of philosophical stuff that many other teachers add in that takes the focus off the movement. This was all about the movement! Excellent class!

Day 12 - nurture & Nourish
I have done this class before, it was a 5 star then and a 5 star today. Kylie is an excellent teacher, easily one of my favorites. This is a lovely comprehensive flow. I enjoyed the movement as well as the tiny pauses and definitely appreciate the challenges throughout. It s an awesome building flow. I highly recommend it to everyone with some regular yoga experience. I m super glad I found this again and will come back to keep improving. Thank you for sharing this class.
It had been a while since last time I did a Kylie s class and today s class reminded me what a great teacher she is, definitely one of my favourite. I loved the flow, original transition. Good and clear cueing. Overall an excellent class.

A wonderful class full of flow and movement!
A great combination of flow and balance poses! Not a lot of repetition which I really like because it keeps things interesting and I don t get bored. This is one of my new favorite classes!

Kylie is one of my go-to YDL instructors thanks to her clear cuing, inclusive approach, positive energy, and sense of humor. I love the different poses and unique sequencing in this class, which I had missed somehow till now. It was just what I needed today and I will for sure return to it! Also: Anjunadeep is one of my favorite labels and it was fun to see this partnership and hear some familiar music.
Such a great class. I ve practiced this class multiple times now. Love the longer dancer hold and the flow sequences in this practice. Perfect length, great instruction, wonderful flow.
Very nice intermediate flow with transitions balance flow. Great cueing, fun flow and doable. Enjoyable class overall.
Fabulous class! Lots of movement with a few floor poses only at the end. Worked up some heat and felt wonderful afterwards! Great, clear instruction. On a side note...love that haircut!

Great class, but the Anjunadeep music is AWFUL. Fast, frantic, loud, and thoroughly annoying. Thank goodness there are versions of this great class without that horrible music.

I mean since there are two versions, I am not sure why you have the class 1 star and decided to make these negative comments. It just feels antithetical to yoga and very unkind.

Good, simple movement-based flow with basic, clear cuing (maybe not intermediate-level cues though). The music was miles above regular YDL tracks, but I need EDM with higher quality streams and a good set of speakers to really heighten my practice. Guess I still have a reason to go back to the studio after Covid!
Another fabulous class from Kylie! If you want to flow, stretch, balance, and get a little sweaty, this class is great! Variations on crescent/warrior/triangle with half moon and dancer thrown in. And I liked the special music, it s really fun.
After what I can only describe as a "turd sandwich" of a day, I needed to get out of my head and I knew a strong flow would be the only way. Yes Ma am! You did it and I m so grateful for your instruction. I ll sleep well tonight!!Randy

Great flow countered by several balance sequences. Worked up a light sweat and feel wonderful! I preferred the original music - the new one was a bit too jaunty for me in the morning!

Wonderful flow. The balances were challenging, but nothing about the class felt impossible. Very helpful cueing.
Kylie is an amazing instructor. I love that she so often incorporates strength and balance postures and a lengthy flow, although a longer cool down in this case might have been nice. The music was a nice change except for the yelling during the cool down/yin postures of all places? I love the idea of adding music but it should be done a bit more deliberately to suit the class.
I have been doing this class for years; it is one of my favourites (both Kylie and this class). What a gift to be able to do it in silence now! The best outcome of these new versions of classes with music by this or that artist is the option to have the class without any. Thank you YogaDownload!

Awesome class! I wasn t that into yoga before, but I really love all of Kylie s classes, this one especially. It s challenging but has lots of good stretches, she is informative on the poses, and it s just the right length of time in my opinion. Thanks Kylie!
I love all of Kylie s classes and this one is no different! This one is a perfect example of what I consider vinyasa. You are able to completely lose yourself in the flow and at the same time be challenged by it (in a good way). Highly recommend this class!

fabulous fast flow-- it s a great class to do when you want to flow, but don t have a bunch of time. I loved all of the balance poses too--they typically get left out of quick classes, but there were a bunch included here. Fantastic!!
Not quite as strenious as I thought it would be and I wanted a bit more of a work out. Good tempo on the flow

This is a great class - not a gimmicky nor overly spiritual practice. It s a classic mix of flow, balance, and stretching that you would expect at a level 2 class at the gym. I really like Kylie - she is a great instructor and the prompts are exactly where you want them. I have been a little out of practice and this was a nice way to get back into it. For more advanced yogis, this class might not be enough challenge but it s great for the morning before work or if you just want a little burn while you unwind. I definitely broke a sweat and feel very open and stretched.
Great all- encompassing 50 minute flow for beginner or advanced level.

Kylie is one of my favorite instructors on YDL. This class was cued clearly like all of hers are. I thought the flow was not as interesting and creative as other classes she teachers. Also, I was expecting a bit more power since that is the category, but there wasn t as much as I d expect. More basic flow and balancing.

Kylie great class! You are right I worked up a sweat but it felt great! I need to work on balancing it s the thing I least love but the thing I need to do the most. Loved the sequence and as always great cues. My dancer is looking better than it has been! Keep the classes coming!

I really like how she pushed us deeper into dancer s pose. I didn t get too sweaty, but it made me feel my legs.
As always, Kylie s cueing is accurate and perfectly time. Just enough verbal inspiration to keep you going without distracting chatter.
Really nicely timed flows to stretch, breathe, move, and balance. Core stability is challenged with the flows.
I feel much looser, relaxed, and yet energized after this flow. Due to a shoulder injury I skipped the chatturangas, and I added a few additional lying twists and thread the needle before taking sivasana at the end.
