The purpose of this class is to get your body moving and prepared for action. Class begins in child's pose where we think about the importance of action backing up our intention. As with all my classes, we take some time to build the poses from the ground up, but after one time through the flow, we are moving breath to breath.
This is a balancing flow class that will open your hips and have your legs shaking. You can expect, chair pose, standing splits, standing figure four and my favorite of all the warriors, warrior three. Once our body is warmed up I invite you to move from half moon to chapasana as well as wild thing.
The most important part of this class however is the message: In order to manifest what you want out of life, you have to take massive action.

Thank you Kylie for a well balanced class. I enjoy balancing postures and I appreciated the 5 minute savasana. Am I the only one that hears "evil crunches" whenever anyone says "Eagle crunches"? :-p I m looking forward to the rest of this challenge!
Great workout for my 1st day of the 2022 yoga challenge. Good warm up and then work - lots of balance which I need! I will do this again to refocus when I lose my motivation to move forward.

Very nice intermediate flow targeting all areas. I was a little wobbly on some of those balancing poses and long holds made it challenging...something to strive for.

I ve done this class before and loved it just as much if not more. Agree that this was a fantastic way to start the Spring 12 day challenge. Her message is beautiful and timely. The class is difficult enough to challenge but a peaceful enough flow to keep my mind in the moment and the effort. I feel motivated and encouraged to do more, do better, and live with intention coupled with action. Thank you Kylie. Even as I wobbled and struggled at times the movement made me feel beautiful in my energy.
I usually gravitate to shorter classes, but I decided today was a good day for a challenge and I should "start doing!" It was a great experience. I was smiling the whole time!
A great class - fully encompassing and I am adding to my favorites to come back to this. It was a really good class to start the 12 day challenge and I actually felt like I was in a yoga studio.

Can t believe I even attempted this but I m so so so glad I did! Sure I fell out of the poses a bunch but I still finished it and I m so proud of myself. I loved Kylie s directions and guidance on intentions/actions.
I discovered Kylie Larson not so long ago, and wow, I love her style. From someone who used to be a gym girl, before a yogini, this class reconcile my two side.

This was a really good class and a nice way to end the challenge. It was a bit more challenging for me to take an extended length practice. I found it well sequenced with not a lot of pause between poses. Good good flow.
This was a great flow! Nice clear cues and was a great challenge. I made it my intension to do a class that was longer than 30min, and this was a good one!

I m using my YDL membership much more now that all the yoga studios and gyms in my area are closed due to corona virus. If you re someone who practices at CPY, you ll enjoy this class. Familiar format and a nice flow. I don t understand the reviews that said she provides too much instruction - I thought it was very comparable to what you would hear in a studio.

This was an amazing class with a really great flow. The postures easily flowed into each other and there were some good, deep stretches. I loved the cues to action as well.

Been practicing for about 6 months, and feel like this practice, I felt a mini breakthrough. It s challenging, and I fell out a few times, but the flow was so nicely balanced and clearly narrated. Definitely one I will come back to.
Kylie easily earned 5 stars with this class. Had it all; beautiful flow, challenging holds, and even a bit of perfectly placed core work in the middle. Great job, girl!
