Wow. I really REALLy enjoyed this practice. I have never actually completed a Yin class, so to me that says I really enjoyed the instruction. I am determined to get through the Yang portion with more grace next time. A few hours later, I feel great!

A yin class always does a nody good, and this one was a great one. i also liked the instructor s explanations on the benefits of the postures.

Great class with very good cuing and no extraneous talking. I got a bit hot and sweaty during yang and cooled right off during yin. Will definitely be doing this class again.

The contrast of active versus passive holds is amazing. This is the best of what yoga is, with breath, strength, active holds, and passive holds. I highly recommend this class. Claire is an excellent instructor.

mm, gorgeous! I keep finding new wonderful sessions on YD - thank you! Either half of this session would be great in its own right - the whole was wonderful. Energetic, warming yang flow followed by long held yin poses, coupled with Claire s physiological and spiritual wisdom. What a brilliant hour I ve just had on my mat.

I have always been a vinyasa fan.I have never tried yin before today. The class is truly amazing. It is great to feel different sensations through yin that you don t experience in a vinyasa class. Loved it! Many thanks.

This class is a really nice mix-- both active and meditative. I feel both energized and relaxed/centered. Claire does a great job of giving direction and pertinent information without talking to the point of distraction. I d love more classes like this!

What an amazing class! The perfect amount of flow and I loved the amount of time we spent in each Yin pose. I ve found that quite a few teachers only hold Yin poses for less than 2 minutes. I am a Yin teacher myself and definitely favour at least three minutes if not more. My head feels clear and I feel light and nourished. Thank you!
