I completed the Sun Salutation Breakdown for the first day of the New Year Challenge and really enjoyed it. It was nice to concentrate on the breathing and I enjoyed holding each movement of the sequence for longer to get a good stretch. Looking forward to the next session ??

Stream link keeps freezing but the content I did manage to watch was very helpful. Instructions were easy to follow and explained breathing technique. 3.5 out of 5 stars as the link kept freezing.

Even though I’ve been doing yoga for a while this was a nice review. Always love “just” doing sun salutations. Sometimes keeping it simple is perfect, especially as you start the new year.

After practicing yoga for many years, I basically stopped a couple of years ago due to health issues. I had my knee replaced in August and am finally ready to get back into my practice. This was a thorough overview of sun salutation and really helped me/reminded me to connect my breaths to my movements. I m excited and looking forward to this 20 Day Challenge!
