Fitness 'n' Yoga + Weights: Thighs, Buns, & Guns



Fitness 'n' Yoga plus Weights: Thighs, Buns and Guns has a strong focus on toning and strengthening the lower body, arms and shoulders. With an emphasis on balance and agility this class works towards a primary flow that includes jiva squats, standing splits, figure 4's, air plane and chair pose.

After learning the primary flow there is an exercise section of various actions and movements performed with weights on a 20/10 second timed interval with a table top and chaturanga exercise in between.

Weights can be used to help tone, sculpt and balance.
