Fun and challenging. I was sweating! Cues were a bit too fast on some of the complex, multi-joint movements, but easy to modify and just go at your own pace. I will definitely do this class again.

Such a challenging workout- and you could customize it for your level by using heavier weights or none at all at parts. This is a class I continue to go back to. You will sweat!

Finally!! A GREAT workout!! Not the same repetitive poses in so many of the other workouts. Also, doesn t belabor one continuous move until you die. He switches it up so that you re still working the same area but incorporates other muscles and makes it interesting. Also, he is one of only a few instructors that doesn t annoy me. He is calm and instructive without fillers. LOVED IT!

Amazing workout. I used 8 lb hand weights and 2 lb ankle weights and was dripping sweat by the end of class. Ben is so mellow and awesome.

So nice! Excellent head to toe workout, I was dripping and I don t sweat easily. I really enjoy his demeanor and approach and would love to see more classes from Ben, specifically at this level.

Very solid intense short workout. Some challenging balances but not impossible. Transitions are smooth. Bring a towel!

I am not a fan of weights and yoga. This is not weights and yoga. THIS ROCKED. It s a total mind-body connection that does add weights WITH yoga because his transitions are meditative and strengthening. Pick this class, without hesitation and don t thank me..thank you bun and guns. You ll love the way you feel.

I thought this was a great workout. I did 20 minutes treadmill first and so I was nice and warm when I started the video. I was dripping by the end of the video. Loved the plank row & leg lift exercise. Great class...keep them coming! :)

awesome class. pacing was spot on for advanced beginner. I am in the middle of Becca s hardcore yoga series, but work has been tough the past week and I needed a new pace today. Ben was it, and I am very glad I gave his class a "click". Still dripping sweat!

Nice flow, yes the pace was slower, but he was keeping us conscious about technical alignment. I struggled with the pace b/c I like fast, but as usually yoga makes me grow where I need to. I did really like the series.

This class starts out pretty slow but I did end up with a good sweat. The chatarunga intervals were great. It definitely is not a killer calorie-burner like Becca s Hardcore Yoga classes, but a nice slower weight class.
